基于區(qū)域生長(zhǎng)法的三維心血管模型的分割

【摘要】:目的醫(yī)學(xué)圖像能夠反映人體各組織的生理或病理性的結(jié)構(gòu)信息和功能信息,根據(jù)圖像序列,對(duì)患者心血管組織進(jìn)行三維重建,可以方便醫(yī)生對(duì)血管的病灶部位做出準(zhǔn)確診斷。本文將區(qū)域生長(zhǎng)法(region growing method,RGM)在二維圖像的基礎(chǔ)上用于三維,并比較RGM的3種子方法對(duì)心血管模型進(jìn)行三維分割的效果。方法結(jié)合VTK(Visualization Toolkit)與ITK(Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit)函式庫,首先利用光線投射法(ray casting,RC)對(duì)患者的CT掃描圖像序列進(jìn)行三維重建,得到患者胸腔三維模型;之后分別利用區(qū)域生長(zhǎng)法中連通閾值、置信連接和鄰域連接3種算法進(jìn)行三維分割處理,得到患者心血管模型的仿真結(jié)果。結(jié)果三維重建仿真技術(shù),具有直觀重現(xiàn)心血管造影序列所描述的人體胸腔部位各組織的可能性;3種分割算法的比較顯示,鄰域連接法相比于其他兩種算法,模型的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)信息丟失程度較大,血管樹的分支數(shù)目及管徑也明顯偏小。結(jié)論使用VTK與ITK函式庫,通過光線投射法的體繪制技術(shù)和區(qū)域生長(zhǎng)法的圖像分割技術(shù),可以建立患者的心血管模型;區(qū)域生長(zhǎng)法中的連通閾值和置信連接算法,對(duì)結(jié)果的細(xì)節(jié)保留程度最大。
[Abstract]:Objective medical images can reflect the physiological or pathological structural information and functional information of the tissues of the human body. According to the image sequence, the three-dimensional reconstruction of the cardiovascular tissue of the patient can make it convenient for doctors to make an accurate diagnosis of the location of the lesions of the blood vessels. In this paper, the region growing method (RGM) is based on the two-dimensional image. The effect of three-dimensional segmentation on the cardiovascular model was compared with the 3 seed method of RGM. Method combined with the VTK (Visualization Toolkit) and ITK (Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit) library, a three-dimensional reconstruction of the patient's scan image sequence was performed by using the ray projection method (ray casting) to obtain the patient's chest. Three dimensional model of the cavity is used, and then 3 algorithms are used in the region growth method, the connectivity threshold, the confidence connection and the neighborhood connection. The simulation results of the patient's cardiovascular model are obtained. Results the 3D reconstruction simulation technique has the possibility of intuitionistic reproduction of various tissues of the human thoracic cavity described by the angiocardiography sequence; 3 kinds of points. Compared with the other two algorithms, the comparison of the cut algorithm shows that the anatomical structure information of the model is much more lost than the other two algorithms, the number of branches and the diameter of the vascular tree are obviously smaller. Conclusion the heart of the patient can be established by using the VTK and ITK library, the body drawing technique of the ray projection method and the image segmentation technique of the region length method. The connectivity threshold and confidence join algorithm in the region growing method are the most important for preserving the details of the results.
