【摘要】：目的探討成人急性局灶性細(xì)菌性腎炎(AFBN)的CT特征。方法回顧性分析11例經(jīng)臨床確診或病理證實(shí)的成人AFBN患者的資料。所有患者均行CT平掃和增強(qiáng)掃描,影像征象由2名放射科醫(yī)師同時(shí)分析。結(jié)果11例患者,共14只腎臟受累,22個(gè)病灶。病灶呈"楔形"和"腫塊形"兩種形態(tài)。前者共17個(gè)病灶,后者5個(gè)。所有病灶均表現(xiàn)為低密度、輕度強(qiáng)化。11例患者,5例多發(fā),6例單發(fā)。5例出現(xiàn)腎周結(jié)構(gòu)異常。2例表現(xiàn)為單發(fā)腫塊形病灶,CT表現(xiàn)酷似乏血供腎腫瘤。結(jié)論成人AFBN在CT上有其表現(xiàn)特點(diǎn),依據(jù)這些特點(diǎn)可以對(duì)其做出較準(zhǔn)確的診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the CT features of acute focal bacterial nephritis (AFBN) in adults.Methods the data of 11 adult AFBN patients confirmed by clinical diagnosis or pathology were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent plain CT scan and enhanced CT scan. The imaging signs were analyzed by two radiologists simultaneously.Results in 11 patients, 14 kidneys were involved and 22 lesions were involved.The lesions were wedge-shaped and lump-shaped.There were 17 lesions in the former and 5 in the latter.All the lesions showed low density, 5 cases with mild enhancement, 6 cases with multiple lesions and 6 cases with single renal structural abnormalities. 2 cases showed that the lesions appeared as a single lump-shaped lesion, and the CT findings were very similar to those of the renal tumors of lack of blood supply.Conclusion Adult AFBN has its CT features, according to which it can be accurately diagnosed.
