【摘要】：正1病例報告患者男,50歲,于2013年6月27日因"痰中帶血2個月"入住本院心胸外科。2個月前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)晨起后咳嗽咳痰,痰中帶血,痰呈暗黃色,量不多,偶伴胸痛,就診當?shù)蒯t(yī)院查胸部CT提示前上縱隔占位,考慮胸腺瘤,未做特殊處理,就診我院。既往無高血壓、心臟病病史。體檢:胸廓正常無畸形,胸骨無叩痛,呼吸運動正常,肋間隙正常,語顫正常。叩診清音,呼吸規(guī)整,雙肺呼吸音清,未聞及干濕性Up音及胸膜摩擦音,心前區(qū)無隆起,心尖搏動正常,心濁音界正常,心率77次/min,律齊,各瓣膜聽
[Abstract]:The patient, 50 years old, was admitted to the Department of Cardiothoracic surgery on June 27, 2013 because of "blood in sputum for 2 months". There was no obvious cause to cough and sputum in the morning, sputum with blood, phlegm was dark yellow, the amount of phlegm was not much, accompanied by chest pain, 2 months ago, there was no obvious inducement to cough and expectoration.The local hospital examined the anterior superior mediastinal space and considered thymoma without special treatment.No history of hypertension, heart disease.Physical examination: normal chest without malformation, sternum without percussive pain, normal respiratory movement, normal intercostal space, normal verbal fibrillation.Percussion clear, breathing regular, double lung breath clear, not heard dry wet up sound and pleural friction sound, no protuberance in the precardiac area, normal apical beat, normal heart turbid boundary, heart rate 77 times / min, rhythm, each valve hearing
