【摘要】：目的探討FLAIR血管高信號(hào)征(FVH)對(duì)大腦中動(dòng)脈閉塞(MCAO)患者軟腦膜側(cè)支循環(huán)的評(píng)估價(jià)值。方法對(duì)38例發(fā)病3天內(nèi)的MCAO缺血性腦卒中患者的FVH和CTA圖像進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。對(duì)FVH行FVH評(píng)分(縱向)[FVHS(L)]、FVH評(píng)分(橫向)[FVHS(T)]兩項(xiàng)評(píng)定,對(duì)CTA重建圖像行側(cè)支循環(huán)評(píng)分(縱向)[CS(L)]、側(cè)支循環(huán)評(píng)分(橫向)[CS(T)]兩項(xiàng)評(píng)定。比較FVHS(L)與CS(L)、FVHS(T)與CS(T)評(píng)分相符程度,并分析FVHS(L)、FVHS(T)、CS(L)、CS(T)之間相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 38例MCAO患者中,20例(20/38,52.63%)FVHS(L)和CS(L)評(píng)價(jià)相符,21例(21/38,55.26%)FVHS(T)和CS(T)評(píng)價(jià)相符。FVHS(L)與CS(L)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.48,P=0.002),FVHS(T)與CS(T)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.54,P0.001)。FVHS(L)與FVHS(T)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.34,P=0.034),CS(L)與CS(T)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.56,P0.001)。結(jié)論對(duì)于MCAO患者,FVH是一種方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)、有效的軟腦膜側(cè)支循環(huán)評(píng)估方法。
