【摘要】：目的探討FLAIR血管高信號征(FVH)對大腦中動脈閉塞(MCAO)患者軟腦膜側(cè)支循環(huán)的評估價值。方法對38例發(fā)病3天內(nèi)的MCAO缺血性腦卒中患者的FVH和CTA圖像進行對比分析。對FVH行FVH評分(縱向)[FVHS(L)]、FVH評分(橫向)[FVHS(T)]兩項評定,對CTA重建圖像行側(cè)支循環(huán)評分(縱向)[CS(L)]、側(cè)支循環(huán)評分(橫向)[CS(T)]兩項評定。比較FVHS(L)與CS(L)、FVHS(T)與CS(T)評分相符程度,并分析FVHS(L)、FVHS(T)、CS(L)、CS(T)之間相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 38例MCAO患者中,20例(20/38,52.63%)FVHS(L)和CS(L)評價相符,21例(21/38,55.26%)FVHS(T)和CS(T)評價相符。FVHS(L)與CS(L)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.48,P=0.002),FVHS(T)與CS(T)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.54,P0.001)。FVHS(L)與FVHS(T)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.34,P=0.034),CS(L)與CS(T)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.56,P0.001)。結(jié)論對于MCAO患者,FVH是一種方便、經(jīng)濟、有效的軟腦膜側(cè)支循環(huán)評估方法。
