【摘要】：RSNA2014報道的拓展MRI新技術(shù)及數(shù)據(jù)分析方法主要包括非高斯分布擴(kuò)散成像模型(FROC模型)、擴(kuò)散峰度成像(DKI)、酰胺質(zhì)子轉(zhuǎn)移成像(APT)、高分辨率敏感加權(quán)成像(HR-SWI)、化學(xué)交換飽和轉(zhuǎn)移(CEST)、高分辨率磁共振成像(HRMRI)、反相-對比結(jié)合磁共振血管成像(HOP-MRA)、反轉(zhuǎn)恢復(fù)超短回波時間(IR-UTE)序列等,在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的應(yīng)用研究主要包括:1鑒別高低級別膠質(zhì)瘤、預(yù)測膠質(zhì)瘤復(fù)發(fā)以及評價膠質(zhì)瘤治療反應(yīng);2檢測缺血性卒中隨時間變化特點、評估缺血半暗帶、預(yù)測側(cè)支循環(huán)及血管再通狀態(tài);3磁共振高分辨率血管壁成像觀察顱內(nèi)動脈粥樣硬化血管壁的異常;4量化評估阿爾茨海默病腦部微結(jié)構(gòu)損害、阿爾茨海默病病理性鐵沉積定量;5證實帕金森病特定腦區(qū)損害、輔助帕金森病分子水平診斷;6糖尿病腦損傷的認(rèn)知功能以及精神疾病功能成像。
[Abstract]:The new MRI techniques and data analysis methods reported by RSNA2014 mainly include non-#china_person0# distributed diffusion imaging model, diffusion kurtosis imaging, amide proton transfer imaging, HR-SWI, chemical exchange saturation conversion.EST, HRMRI, HOP-MRAA, IR-UTES, etc.The applied studies in central nervous system diseases mainly include identifying gliomas of high and low grade by 1: 1, predicting the recurrence of gliomas and evaluating the therapeutic response of gliomas to detect the characteristics of ischemic stroke over time, and to evaluate the ischemic penumbra.Prediction of collateral circulation and vascular recanalization Mr high-resolution wall imaging was used to evaluate the cerebral microstructural damage in patients with Alzheimer's disease by quantitative evaluation of intracranial atherosclerotic vascular wall abnormalities.Quantitative iron deposition in Alzheimer's disease confirmed the lesion of specific brain regions in Parkinson's disease and helped to diagnose cognitive and mental function of diabetic brain injury at molecular level of Parkinson's disease.
