【摘要】：目的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析四川地區(qū)成年人群中分叉下頜管發(fā)生概率,并總結(jié)下頜管各分叉類型及發(fā)生率與走行方式和各自形態(tài)特征。方法根據(jù)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收集500例患者(共計(jì)1 000側(cè)下頜骨)的錐形束CT(CBCT)影像資料,對所收集的資料進(jìn)行觀察分析,并記錄數(shù)據(jù),對下頜神經(jīng)管分支的類型及其特征進(jìn)行歸納和分類。結(jié)果 500例患者中分叉下頜管的發(fā)生率為13.8%(69/500),共發(fā)生于92側(cè)(9.2%)的下頜骨中。其中最常見的類型為磨牙后管,其次為向牙根及頰舌向分支,最少見的類型為向前走行的分支。分支的平均直徑和長度分別為0.90、9.39 mm。結(jié)論本研究使用CBCT作為研究手段,得出的分叉下頜管在四川地區(qū)成年人群中的發(fā)生率要明顯高于以前報(bào)道的使用全景片作為研究手段的研究;并且CBCT對下頜管及其分支的三維走行及形態(tài)特征的表現(xiàn)能力優(yōu)于全景片。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the probability of occurrence of bifurcation mandibular canal in adult population in Sichuan province, and to summarize the types, incidence, walking pattern and morphological characteristics of mandibular canals.Methods according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the CT CBCTs of the conical tracts of 500 patients (1 000 mandibles) were collected, the collected data were observed and analyzed, and the data were recorded.The types and characteristics of mandibular nerve canal branches were summarized and classified.Results the incidence of bifurcation mandibular canal in 500 patients was 13.8% 69 / 500, which occurred in 92 sides of the mandible.The most common type is the posterior molar tube, the second is the root and buccal branch, and the rarest type is the forward branch.The mean diameter and length of the branches were 0.90 ~ 9.39 mm.Conclusion the incidence of bifurcation mandibular canal in adult population in Sichuan area was significantly higher than that of panoramic film in Sichuan area.Moreover, CBCT was superior to panoramic film in displaying the three-dimensional walking and morphological features of mandibular canal and its branches.
