【摘要】：目的:探討腎上腺神經(jīng)纖維瘤(ANF)的CT表現(xiàn)及其診斷價(jià)值。方法:搜集本院2001年-2016年經(jīng)手術(shù)和病理證實(shí)的18例ANF患者的病例資料,其中男性8例,女性10例,年齡20歲2例,20~40歲11例,40歲5例。分析18例ANF的CT表現(xiàn),并結(jié)合近年文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。結(jié)果:本組18例ANF患者,病灶部位右側(cè)11例,左側(cè)7例。腫瘤直徑3.0~10.0cm,平均5.9cm。CT平掃表現(xiàn)為等或稍低密度,其中2例較大者可見液化壞死,5例見斑點(diǎn)狀、小片狀鈣化,占27.8%,最大的腫瘤表現(xiàn)為低密度并可見分層。CT增強(qiáng)掃描表現(xiàn)為無強(qiáng)化、輕度強(qiáng)化或延遲強(qiáng)化。16例腫瘤與鄰近組織分界清楚,占88.9%,2例較大者與右腎上級及下腔靜脈有粘連,占11.1%;18例患者均未發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤周圍及腹腔內(nèi)腫大淋巴結(jié)。結(jié)論:腎上腺神經(jīng)纖維瘤CT表現(xiàn)有一定特征,結(jié)合其臨床表現(xiàn)能夠做出提示性診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the CT findings of adrenal neurofibroma (ANFA) and its diagnostic value.Methods: the data of 18 cases of ANF confirmed by operation and pathology in our hospital from 2001 to 2016 were collected, including 8 males, 10 females, 2 patients aged 20 years, 11 patients aged 20 40 years, 5 patients aged 40 years.Ct findings of 18 cases of ANF were analyzed and summarized in recent years.Results: of the 18 patients with ANF, 11 were located on the right side and 7 on the left.The diameter of the tumor was 3.0 ~ 10.0 cm, and the average 5.9cm.CT plain scan showed equal or slightly low density. In 2 cases, liquefaction necrosis was seen in 5 cases, and small calcification was seen in 5 cases, accounting for 27.8%. The largest tumor showed low density and showed no enhancement on stratified .CT enhanced scan.The boundary between the tumor and adjacent tissues was clear in 16 cases with mild enhancement or delayed enhancement, accounting for 88.9 cases with adhesion to the superior right kidney and inferior vena cava. No enlarged lymph nodes around the tumor or in the abdominal cavity were found in 18 cases of mild enhancement or delayed enhancement.Conclusion: the CT features of adrenal neurofibroma can be used to make an indicative diagnosis.
