【摘要】：目的應用320排CT雙入口灌注成像技術(shù),探討灌注參數(shù)與肺癌Ki-67陽性表達率的關(guān)系。方法搜集臨床經(jīng)穿刺或術(shù)后病理證實的肺癌患者34例,采用東芝320排CT(Aquilion ONE,Toshiba Medical Systems,Otawara,Japan)掃描器對所有患者進行肺部動態(tài)容積灌注掃描,運用雙入口灌注成像技術(shù)(DICTp)進行圖像后處理分析得到肺動脈血流量(PF),支氣管動脈血流量(BF)及灌注指數(shù)(PI);按Ki-67陽性表達率分為高表達(50%)、中表達(26%~50%)、低表達(10%~25%)3組,分析各灌注參數(shù)與Ki-67陽性表達率的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果BF與Ki-67陽性表達率呈正相關(guān)(P0.01,r=0.686),PI與Ki-67的陽性表達率呈負相關(guān)(P0.05,r=-0.336),PF與Ki-67的陽性表達率無相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論 320排CT雙入口灌注成像參數(shù)可評價肺癌Ki-67的陽性表達率,從而在術(shù)前為臨床評估肺癌的生物學行為提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between perfusion parameters and Ki-67 positive expression rate in lung cancer by using 320-slice CT double-portal perfusion imaging.Methods Thirty-four patients with lung cancer confirmed by puncture or postoperative pathology were examined with Toshiba Medical Toshiba Medical Otawara Japan scanner.The pulmonary artery blood flow (PFF), bronchoarterial blood flow (BFF) and perfusion index (Pi) were obtained by using dual portal perfusion imaging technique (DICTp). According to the positive expression rate of Ki-67, the patients were divided into three groups: high expression group (50%), middle expression group (26%) and low expression group (10% ~ 25%).The correlation between the perfusion parameters and the positive expression rate of Ki-67 was analyzed.Results there was a positive correlation between BF and the positive expression rate of Ki-67. There was a negative correlation between the positive expression rate of Pi and Ki-67. There was no correlation between the positive expression rate of PF and Ki-67.Conclusion the 320-slice CT dual-portal perfusion imaging parameters can be used to evaluate the positive expression rate of Ki-67 in lung cancer and provide a reference for clinical evaluation of the biological behavior of lung cancer before operation.
