基于不同體重和運動方法的底物代謝與能量消耗特征研究

【摘要】:目的:研究不同體重人群在平均耗氧量相同情況下兩種不同運動方法底物代謝和能量消耗特征。方法:采用實驗法獲取肥胖組和正常體重組在持續(xù)運動和間歇運動過程中的底物代謝和能量消耗特征。受試者進行三項運動測試:(1)以50%VO2max的運動強度持續(xù)跑30min后恢復(fù)30 min。(2)以75%VO2max跑4 min間歇2 min為一組,連續(xù)進行5組后恢復(fù)30 min。(3)以100%VO2max跑3 min間歇3 min為一組,連續(xù)進行5組后恢復(fù)30 min。通過氣體代謝法間接測定運動期、恢復(fù)期以及整個運動期和恢復(fù)期總的底物代謝和能量消耗量。結(jié)果:(1)在運動期,以50%VO2max強度運動時,糖氧化量、氧化供能比例、總能量消耗顯著低于75%VO2max、100%VO2max強度的運動,脂肪氧化量、氧化供能比例顯著高于100%VO2max強度的運動。(2)以50%VO2max及75%VO2max強度運動后的恢復(fù)期,糖氧化量、氧化供能比例顯著高于100%VO2max強度的運動,脂肪氧化量、氧化供能比例總能量消耗顯著低于100%VO2max強度的運動。(3)以50%VO2max及75%VO2max強度運動的運動期和恢復(fù)期整個過程中,糖氧化總量、總能量消耗明顯低于100%VO2max強度的運動,而以50%VO2max強度運動的運動期和恢復(fù)期脂肪氧化總量顯著高于100%VO2max強度的運動。結(jié)論:(1)在平均耗氧量相同情況下,運動期,持續(xù)性運動的脂肪代謝水平高于間歇運動,糖代謝水平、總能量消耗低于間歇運動;恢復(fù)期,持續(xù)性運動脂肪代謝水平總能量消耗低于間歇運動,糖代謝水平高于間歇運動。(2)在相同運動強度下,運動中以及運動后,肥胖組單位公斤體重的糖、脂肪代謝和能量消耗均低于正常體重組。建議:基于運動過程中能量消耗和底物代謝的特征,從能量消耗的角度,建議肥胖體重者在運動減肥時優(yōu)先選擇中等強度持續(xù)運動。由于高強度間隙運動在運動后脂肪的氧化量和供能比例較高,且隨著運動強度增加變大,肥胖體重者可以把高強度間隙運動作為補充,發(fā)揮運動后過量氧耗的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the different weight groups in the average consumption of the same oxygen under two different exercise methods in substrate metabolism and energy consumption characteristics. Methods: substrate metabolism and energy using experimental method to obtain the obesity group and normal weight group in continuous motion and intermittent movement in the process of consumption characteristics. The subjects were three exercise test: (1) to exercise intensity 50%VO2max continuous running 30min recovery after 30 min. (2 75%VO2max) to run 4 min 2 min interval for a group of 30 consecutive min. recovery of 5 groups (3) with 100%VO2max 3 min 3 min batch run for a group of 30 consecutive min. recovery of 5 groups by gas metabolism method for indirect determination of movement period, recovery period and the recovery period and substrate metabolism and the total energy consumption. Results: (1) in the exercise period, the 50%VO2max intensity exercise, glucose oxidation, oxidation and energy ratio, the total energy consumption was significantly lower than that of 75%VO2max, 100%VO2 Max intensity exercise, fat oxidation, oxidation and energy ratio was significantly higher than that of the 100%VO2max intensity movement. (2) to 50%VO2max and 75%VO2max after exercise recovery period, glucose oxidation, oxidation and energy ratio was significantly higher than that of the 100%VO2max intensity exercise, fat oxidation, oxidation and energy consumption of the proportion of total energy intensity was significantly lower than that of 100%VO2max the movement. (3) to 50%VO2max and 75%VO2max exercise intensity exercise and recovery period in the whole process, the total oxidation of sugar, total energy consumption was significantly lower than that of 100%VO2max intensity exercise, and to exercise 50%VO2max intensity exercise and recovery period total fat oxidation was significantly higher than that of 100%VO2max intensity exercise. Conclusion: (1) in average under the same oxygen consumption, exercise, fat metabolism level of persistent movement is higher than that of intermittent movement, sugar metabolism, the total energy consumption is lower than the intermittent exercise; recovery period, persistent movement of fat The total energy metabolism level of consumption is lower than the intermittent movement, glucose metabolism is higher than the level of intermittent movement. (2) in the same exercise intensity, exercise and after exercise, obese group unit kg of sugar, fat metabolism and energy consumption were lower than the normal weight group. Suggestions: characteristics of the moving process based on energy and substrate metabolism and from the perspective of energy consumption, body weight in obese recommended exercise to lose weight when the first choice of moderate intensity continuous exercise. Due to oxidation and high strength of clearance of fat in the post exercise for a higher proportion, and with the increase of exercise intensity increases, obesity can bring high strength clearance as a supplement, play after exercise the excess oxygen consumption.
