不同體質(zhì)與發(fā)育狀況青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的相對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:青少年己成為運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷高發(fā)人群,運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷成為意外傷害的重要因素。了解初中生青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn),采取合理措施預(yù)防運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷對(duì)保障青少年安全、有效地參與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)至關(guān)重要。本文通過(guò)對(duì)初中生近一年中的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,測(cè)試初中生體質(zhì)各要素相關(guān)指標(biāo),分析各指標(biāo)與運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的相關(guān)性,了解發(fā)生損傷的原因,提出相應(yīng)建議和措施,以期為青少年的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷做好預(yù)防工作。 研究方法:采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)北京市某中學(xué)1011名學(xué)生近一年中參與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)中的各類(lèi)損傷狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,評(píng)估其生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育水平和體質(zhì)狀況。數(shù)據(jù)分析使用spss13.0,包括卡方檢驗(yàn)、描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、非條件logistic回歸分析等。 研究結(jié)果:(1)過(guò)去1年中有56.6%的人會(huì)發(fā)生損傷,女生發(fā)生損傷的人數(shù)比例達(dá)到52.8%。男生損傷人數(shù)比例達(dá)60.8%,男生損傷比例高于女生。 (2)通過(guò)Regression中Binary Logistic分析,初中生青少年的BMI與發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的關(guān)系具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.014)。以正常值BMI為參照水平,BMI超重青少年的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷是正常BMI值青少年的1.386倍(OR=1.386,95%CI:0.980,1.960);肥胖青少年的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷是正常BMI值的青少年的1.686倍(OR=1.686,95%CI:1.137,2.500)。 (3)通過(guò)logistic回歸分析,肺活量與運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的關(guān)系具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p=0.042)。平衡與運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的關(guān)系有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p=0.043)。女生發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷與BMI的關(guān)系具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p=0.012)。 (4)通過(guò)logistic回歸分析,生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育指標(biāo)中,男生身高和體重與發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷有關(guān)。男生身高與發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的關(guān)系具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意(p=0.018);男生體重與發(fā)生動(dòng)損傷的相關(guān)性具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p=0.046)。女生體重與發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的關(guān)系具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.033)。 研究結(jié)論:青少年整體損傷比例較高,男生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷比例高于女生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷比例。平衡能力和肺活量水平較差的青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷比例相對(duì)較高;BMI為超重和肥胖的青少年與BMI處于正常值的初中生青少年相比,更容易發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷。社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家長(zhǎng)應(yīng)共同關(guān)注青少年的體質(zhì)健康以及運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷問(wèn)題,關(guān)鍵要提升青少年的體質(zhì)水平,促進(jìn)其健康成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: adolescents have become a high incidence of sports injuries, sports injuries become an important factor of accidental injuries. To understand the characteristics of junior high school students sports injuries, to take reasonable measures to prevent sports injuries to ensure the safety of teenagers. It is very important to participate in sports effectively. Through investigating the current situation of sports injury of junior high school students in the past year, this paper tests the relevant indexes of physical factors of junior high school students, and analyzes the correlation between each index and sports injury. To understand the causes of injury and put forward some suggestions and measures to prevent the sports injury of teenagers. Methods: 1011 students in a middle school in Beijing were investigated for various kinds of injuries during the past year, and their growth and development level and physique were evaluated. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0, including chi-square test. Descriptive statistical analysis, non-conditional logistic regression analysis and so on. Results: in the past year, 56.6% of the people had been injured, and 52.8% of the girls had been injured. The proportion of male injuries was 60.8%, and the rate of male injuries was higher than that of girls. Through Binary Logistic analysis in Regression, The relationship between BMI and sports injury in junior high school students is statistically significant. The sports injury of overweight adolescents is 1.386 times higher than that of normal BMI adolescents, and the sports injury of obese adolescents is 1.386 or 95CI: 0.980 / 1.9600.The sports injuries of obese adolescents are as follows: 1. 386%, 95% CI: 0. 980%, 1. 96%, 1. 306%, 95% CI: 0. 980%, 1. 96% and 1. 96% respectively. 1.686 times as much as the normal BMI, 1.686 / 95 CI: 1.137 / 2.500. (3) by logistic regression analysis, the relationship between vital capacity and exercise injury was statistically significant. The relationship between balance and exercise injury was statistically significant. The relationship between exercise injury and BMI in female students was statistically significant. By logistic regression analysis, the indexes of growth and development, The relationship between male height and sports injury is statistically significant, and the correlation between male body weight and motor injury is statistically significant. The relationship of injury was statistically significant. The conclusion of the study is that the overall injury rate of adolescents is higher, The proportion of sports injuries in boys was higher than that in girls. The ratio of sports injuries in adolescents with lower balance and vital capacity was higher than that of adolescents with overweight and obesity, compared with those of junior high school students with normal BMI. The society, school and parents should pay attention to the problem of physical health and sports injury, the key is to improve the physical level of young people and promote their healthy growth.
