【摘要】：目的探討海上前沿外科手術(shù)隊(duì)的編配方案,推算相應(yīng)的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)指標(biāo)。方法借鑒外軍前沿外科手術(shù)隊(duì)的理念與經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過(guò)頭腦風(fēng)暴法和德?tīng)柗品ㄟM(jìn)行勤務(wù)咨詢,構(gòu)建海上前沿外科手術(shù)隊(duì)的概念模型和3種編配方案。運(yùn)用專業(yè)仿真軟件ProModel對(duì)3種方案進(jìn)行仿真與優(yōu)化。結(jié)果方案1:適用于1張手術(shù)臺(tái),編配6人,術(shù)后床位2張,晝夜傷員通過(guò)量為10人。方案2:適用于2張手術(shù)臺(tái),編配10人,術(shù)后床位4張,晝夜手術(shù)量為21人。方案3:適用于3張手術(shù)臺(tái),編配15人,術(shù)后床位6張,晝夜手術(shù)量為31人。結(jié)論 3種方案的提出、仿真和優(yōu)化為海上前沿外科手術(shù)隊(duì)的建設(shè)提供了決策支持。
[Abstract]:Objective to discuss the arrangement scheme of the forward surgical team at sea, and to calculate the corresponding technical and tactical indexes. Methods using the concept and experience of the foreign forward surgical team for reference, the service consultation was carried out by the brainstorming method and Delphi method. The conceptual model and three allocation schemes of the forward surgical team at sea were constructed. The three schemes were simulated and optimized by the professional simulation software ProModel. The results showed that the scheme 1 was suitable for 1 operating table, 6 persons and 2 postoperative beds. Scheme 2: suitable for 2 operating tables, allocation of 10 people, postoperative bed 4, day and night operating volume of 21. Scheme 3: suitable for 3 operating tables, allocated 15, postoperative bed 6, Conclusion the three schemes, simulation and optimization, provide decision support for the construction of the forward surgical team at sea.
