【摘要】：RSNA2016頭頸部影像學(xué)研究進(jìn)展主要集中在2個(gè)方向:(1)新的成像設(shè)備(PET-CT、PET-MR、雙能量CT)、成像技術(shù)(SWE、ARFI、DKI、IVIM、RESOLVE DWI、MATCH、ME-DW-DE SOS)和重建方法(FIRST)在頭部腫瘤的定性及療效評(píng)估、頭頸動(dòng)脈易損斑塊的檢測(cè)、侵襲性甲狀腺癌組織特點(diǎn)預(yù)測(cè)及轉(zhuǎn)移性頸部淋巴結(jié)原發(fā)灶檢出等方面的應(yīng)用;(2)探討多參數(shù)聯(lián)合診斷、多成像方式聯(lián)合應(yīng)用及多學(xué)科交叉對(duì)頭頸部腫瘤、血管疾病、甲狀腺及甲狀旁腺病變等病變的診斷價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The research progress of head and neck imaging in RSNA2016 was mainly focused on two directions: 1) PET-CTT / PET-MRT, dual energy CTT, DKIIMIMREFIIME DWISOLVE DWIMIMATCHMATCHME-DW-DE SOSs) and reconstruction method (FIRSTS) in the qualitative and therapeutic evaluation of head tumors, and the detection of vulnerable plaque in the head and carotid artery. Prediction of the histological characteristics of invasive thyroid carcinoma and detection of metastatic cervical lymph nodes were used to explore the combined diagnosis of multiple parameters, multiple imaging methods and multidisciplinary cross-examination of head and neck tumors and vascular diseases. Diagnostic value of thyroid and parathyroid diseases.
