【摘要】：目的探討肺硬化性血管瘤的CT表現(xiàn),以提高診斷準(zhǔn)確性。方法收集19例經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的肺硬化性血管瘤的臨床、病理及CT資料。結(jié)果 19例肺硬化性血管瘤共22個(gè)病灶。中央型1例,周圍型18例,其中肺門旁3例,外圍15例。多發(fā)毛玻璃密度1例,軟組織密度18例。18例邊緣規(guī)整,7例可見(jiàn)淺分葉征,4例密度不均勻。8例不均勻強(qiáng)化,其中明顯強(qiáng)化者10例,中度強(qiáng)化者6例,輕度強(qiáng)化者3例,10例可見(jiàn)貼邊血管征,4例可見(jiàn)暈征,1例可見(jiàn)空氣新月征,5例內(nèi)可見(jiàn)點(diǎn)狀鈣化。右肺上葉4例,右肺中葉2例,右肺下葉5例,左肺上葉1例,左肺下葉3例,跨葉分布2例,多發(fā)2例,2例伴縱隔淋巴結(jié)腫大。結(jié)論肺硬化性血管瘤的CT表現(xiàn)具有一定特征,結(jié)合臨床發(fā)病年齡、性別、病理學(xué)特征等,有助于減少誤診。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the CT findings of sclerosing hemangioma of the lung in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods 19 cases of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma proved by pathology were collected. Results there were 22 lesions in 19 cases of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma, 1 case of central type and 18 cases of peripheral type, including 3 cases of pulmonary hilar, 15 cases of peripheral, 1 case of multiple fundus density, 1 case of multiple fiberglass density, 1 case of central type and 18 cases of peripheral type. Soft tissue density was observed in 18 cases. 7 cases showed superficial lobulation sign, 4 cases showed uneven density enhancement, 10 cases showed obvious enhancement, 6 cases showed moderate enhancement. There were 10 cases of mild enhancement, 4 cases of halo sign, 1 case of air crescent sign, 5 cases of calcification, 4 cases of upper lobe of right lung, 2 cases of middle lobe of right lung, 5 cases of lower lobe of right lung, 1 case of upper lobe of left lung and 3 cases of left lower lobe of lung. Conclusion the CT findings of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma have some characteristics, and combined with clinical age, sex and pathological features, it is helpful to reduce the misdiagnosis of pulmonary hemangioma by translobar distribution in 2 cases and multiple lesions in 2 cases with mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
