【摘要】：目的:報告并分析1例原發(fā)輸尿管淋巴瘤的雙時相正電子發(fā)射斷層顯像/計算機斷層顯像(positron emission tomography/X-ray computed tomography,PET-CT)表現(xiàn),探討PET-CT在該病診斷、分期及療效監(jiān)測中的價值。方法:回顧性分析1例原發(fā)輸尿管淋巴瘤的臨床及影像資料。結(jié)合文獻,對其影像學表現(xiàn),尤其是PET-CT表現(xiàn)及診斷價值進行探討。結(jié)果:本例患者僅表現(xiàn)為鏡下血尿,CT尿路造影示左輸尿管中段腫塊,輸尿管鏡示距膀胱入口5 cm處輸尿管狹窄、未見腫塊。手術(shù)活檢確診為輸尿管濾泡性淋巴瘤。全身PET-CT顯示為IE期。檢索文獻共收集資料齊全的原發(fā)輸尿管淋巴瘤患者31例,發(fā)現(xiàn)輸尿管淋巴瘤以單側(cè)發(fā)生為主,臨床表現(xiàn)不典型,病理類型以非霍奇金淋巴瘤為主,PET-CT檢查伴有糖代謝增高。結(jié)論:原發(fā)輸尿管淋巴瘤罕見,臨床主要表現(xiàn)為脅痛、腹痛、無癥狀性腎積水,難以通過影像學手段正確診斷。PET-CT對于原發(fā)輸尿管淋巴瘤臨床分期、療效監(jiān)測、診斷有一定價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to report and analyze 1 cases of primary ureteral lymphoma with double phase positron emission tomography / computed tomography (positron emission tomography/X-ray computed tomography, PET-CT), to investigate PET-CT in the diagnosis, staging and treatment monitoring value. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 1 cases of primary ureteral lymphoma: clinical and imaging data. Based on literature, their image features, especially the PET-CT manifestations and diagnostic value were discussed. Results: the patients only showed microscopic hematuria, CT urography showed the left ureter tumor, ureteroscopy showed from the bladder entrance 5 cm ureteral stenosis, withouttumor. Surgical biopsy diagnosed as ureteral follicular systemic lymphoma. PET-CT revealed stage IE. Literature retrieval complete information were collected from patients with primary lymphoma of ureter in 31 cases, lymphoma mainly unilateral ureter, The clinical manifestation and pathological type of non Hodgkin's lymphoma, sugar metabolism associated with PET-CT examination increased. Conclusion: primary ureteral lymphoma is rare, the main clinical manifestations of chest pain, abdominal pain, no symptoms of hydronephrosis, to the imaging methods for correct diagnosis of.PET-CT primary ureteral lymphoma clinical staging, treatment monitoring, diagnosis a certain value.
