【摘要】：目的探討128螺旋CT下肢動脈血管成像中不同管電流、層厚、注射劑量、注射流率與圖像質量的相關性,以確定最佳掃描方案。資料與方法60例行下肢動脈血管造影檢查患者,分為優(yōu)化組10例；另分5組,每組其它參數固定：其中高毫安組(400mA)10例,低毫安組(200mA)10例,大層厚組(5mm)10例,多造影劑組(130ml)10例,高注射流率組(4.5ml/s)10例,所有患者記錄掃描延遲時間,測量腹主動脈水平、股深淺動脈分差水平、脛前后動脈上段水平、足背動脈水平CT值,評價各組的圖像質量分布情況,并與優(yōu)化組間進行對比。結果優(yōu)化組分別與高毫安組、多造影劑組、高注射流率組各組進行圖像質量比較均無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)；優(yōu)化組分組與低毫安組、大層厚組組間比較,其圖像質量經統(tǒng)計學分析差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論使用條件：管電流300mA,層厚0.625mm,注射流率4ml/s,注射劑量100ml,圖像質量優(yōu)良率高,完全滿足診斷需求。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between different tube current, slice thickness, injection dose, injection flow rate and image quality in 128 spiral CT angiography of lower extremity artery. 10 cases were divided into 5 groups, each group was fixed with other parameters: 10 cases in high Ma group, 10 cases in low Ma group, 10 cases in large thickness group, 10 cases in multicontrast medium group, 10 cases in high injection rate group, 10 cases in 4.5ml / s group. Abdominal aorta level, superficial femoral artery difference level, anterior and posterior tibial artery level, CT value of dorsal foot artery level were measured to evaluate the distribution of image quality in each group, and compared with the optimized group. There was no significant difference in image quality among the groups of multi-contrast medium group and high injection rate group (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the optimized group and the low Ma group and the large layer thick group. The difference of image quality was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the operating conditions are: tube current 300 Ma, layer thickness 0.625 mm, injection flow rate 4 ml / s, injection dose 100 ml, image quality excellent and good rate high, fully meet the need of diagnosis.
