【摘要】：目的分析肺硬化型血管瘤(PSH)CT影像特點(diǎn),提高對(duì)PSH診斷水平。方法收集經(jīng)病理證實(shí)為PSH患者11例,全部病例均作胸部CT平掃及增強(qiáng)掃描,并對(duì)靶病灶進(jìn)行薄層多方位重建,分析CT表現(xiàn),總結(jié)影像學(xué)特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果 11例PSH,CT平掃均表現(xiàn)為肺內(nèi)孤立性圓形、類圓形結(jié)節(jié)或腫塊影,密度均勻,邊緣光滑,無(wú)深分葉,增強(qiáng)掃描病灶均明顯強(qiáng)化。病理以血管瘤樣及乳頭樣組織結(jié)構(gòu)為主者,強(qiáng)化明顯而迅速;以實(shí)性及硬化性組織結(jié)構(gòu)為主者,為漸進(jìn)性明顯均勻強(qiáng)化。結(jié)論肺硬化型血管瘤少見(jiàn),CT表現(xiàn)具有一般良性腫瘤特征,但缺乏特異性,病灶周邊出現(xiàn)"貼邊血管征"、"空氣新月征"可提示性診斷,確診仍需病理學(xué)檢查。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the CT features of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma and improve the diagnostic level of PSH. Methods 11 cases of PSH proved by pathology were collected. Results all of the 11 cases showed solitary round pulmonary nodules or masses, homogeneous density, smooth margin, and no deep lobes. The lesions were obviously enhanced in contrast enhancement. The histopathology of hemangiomatous and papillomatous tissues was obvious and rapid, and that of solid and sclerosing tissue was the main one. Conclusion the rare CT findings of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma have general benign tumor features, but lack of specificity, and "marginal vascular sign" and "air crescent sign" can be used as indicative diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma. The diagnosis still needs pathological examination.
