【摘要】：籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展至今,已經(jīng)從一項(xiàng)游戲活動(dòng)演進(jìn)成世界上最普及的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一,深受廣大學(xué)生及一些運(yùn)動(dòng)者的喜愛(ài)，而籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中也不難發(fā)現(xiàn)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員以及籃球愛(ài)好者的損傷，，對(duì)這一問(wèn)題很多的籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)者都有感性的認(rèn)識(shí)。踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷是籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中最常見(jiàn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷，由于運(yùn)動(dòng)者自身技術(shù)、素質(zhì)、自我保護(hù)意識(shí)等方面的原因不可避免發(fā)生或輕或重的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷，它不僅傷害運(yùn)動(dòng)員的身體健康和運(yùn)動(dòng)能力，還會(huì)給正常的生活、學(xué)習(xí)和運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練帶來(lái)不利的影響，并且給運(yùn)動(dòng)者造成各種心理障礙，影響參加籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練的積極性�；@球運(yùn)動(dòng)在各地呈現(xiàn)出不同的特點(diǎn)，在張家口地區(qū)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)呈現(xiàn)出自身的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。本文用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷收集關(guān)于張家口市籃球愛(ài)好者在運(yùn)動(dòng)中的損傷狀況，這也正是從事籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)教學(xué)的人員應(yīng)該關(guān)注和探討的重要領(lǐng)域，對(duì)于籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的普及和發(fā)展有著極為重要的影響。文章較為全面的介紹了籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中踝關(guān)節(jié)的損傷原因，損傷情況，損傷的預(yù)防，損傷的治療等方面，從體育學(xué)的角度、醫(yī)學(xué)的角度、營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)的角度等方面就上述問(wèn)題提出相關(guān)觀點(diǎn)和建議。文章從運(yùn)動(dòng)本身的情況出發(fā)，描述了踝關(guān)節(jié)損傷的一些基本情況。這些情況在籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中是較為常見(jiàn)的，因此具有較好的普及意義與教育意義。而廣大的籃球愛(ài)好者也十分有必要從各個(gè)方面了解踝關(guān)節(jié)在籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中的損傷。本文采用定量與定性方法相結(jié)合的研究方法，通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，獲得了許多有意義的數(shù)據(jù)，這些有代表性的數(shù)據(jù)反映出籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)者受損傷的一些影響因素。問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果用直觀清晰的統(tǒng)計(jì)表與統(tǒng)計(jì)圖來(lái)表現(xiàn)，較好的反映了各種因素的影響權(quán)重。此外，針對(duì)張家口籃球愛(ài)好者的損傷特點(diǎn)，本文訪談了一些經(jīng)常運(yùn)動(dòng)且受踝關(guān)節(jié)損傷困擾的運(yùn)動(dòng)者以及一些從事籃球教學(xué)的教練、老師，得到了一些典型的觀點(diǎn)，普遍認(rèn)為張家口地區(qū)干燥寒冷的氣候現(xiàn)狀與較為簡(jiǎn)陋的運(yùn)動(dòng)條件，是使得這一地區(qū)籃球愛(ài)好者踝關(guān)節(jié)損傷較多發(fā)生的重要原因。針對(duì)張家口地區(qū)的籃球愛(ài)好者踝關(guān)節(jié)損傷多發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合其損傷原因，本文給出了若干有針對(duì)性的建議，希望通過(guò)選擇適合戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)，結(jié)合不同的季節(jié)，改善自身運(yùn)動(dòng)裝備，增進(jìn)身體素質(zhì)，嚴(yán)格運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)范，減少運(yùn)動(dòng)磨擦等一系列措施來(lái)改善張家口地區(qū)籃球愛(ài)好者踝關(guān)節(jié)損傷多發(fā)的情況。張家口地區(qū)由于其較為特殊的地理氣候因素，較其它地區(qū)更有可能對(duì)籃球愛(ài)好者帶來(lái)踝關(guān)節(jié)的損傷。具體原因會(huì)在論文中詳細(xì)敘述。在日常的運(yùn)動(dòng)、訓(xùn)練以及教學(xué)中，籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)者經(jīng)常抱怨天太冷、場(chǎng)地太硬等因素給自己運(yùn)動(dòng)帶來(lái)的損傷。而天冷、場(chǎng)地硬也是張家口地區(qū)的一個(gè)特點(diǎn)。在常年的訓(xùn)練和教學(xué)中，籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)除了帶給籃球愛(ài)好者的快樂(lè)與榮耀外，也帶給運(yùn)動(dòng)員和籃球愛(ài)好者的傷病，這也正是我們從事籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)教學(xué)的人員應(yīng)該關(guān)注和探討的重要領(lǐng)域，這對(duì)于籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的普及和發(fā)展有著極為重要的影響。
