【摘要】：CT掃描可以較準確地評估胰頭癌分期。TNM分期系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用最廣泛,而JPS分期系統(tǒng)能更準確反映胰頭癌的分期和預(yù)后,二者可以互補。根據(jù)Lu分級標準評估胰頭癌侵犯血管程度時,需審慎考慮是否節(jié)段切除門靜脈系統(tǒng)血管。
[Abstract]:Ct scan can accurately evaluate the pancreatic head carcinoma staging. TNM staging system is the most widely used, while the JPS staging system can more accurately reflect the stage and prognosis of pancreatic head carcinoma, the two systems can complement each other. Careful consideration should be given to the possibility of segmental resection of portal vein system.
