青少年航空學(xué)校學(xué)員抗荷相關(guān)身體圍度調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:目的對(duì)青少年航空學(xué)校學(xué)員體質(zhì)體型進(jìn)行摸底調(diào)查,為體質(zhì)體型訓(xùn)練打下基礎(chǔ)。方法采用橫斷面研究,測(cè)量14所青少年航空學(xué)校學(xué)員身高、體質(zhì)量、頸圍、胸圍、雙上臂圍、腰圍、臀圍和雙大腿圍數(shù)值,包括北方6所學(xué)校411名學(xué)員和南方8所學(xué)校403名學(xué)員,并針對(duì)不同地區(qū)情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,同時(shí)進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果所有學(xué)員身高、體質(zhì)量及體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)分別為(172.3±4.39)cm、(62.7±7.3)kg、(21.1±2.23)kg/m~2。北方學(xué)員身高、體質(zhì)量均高于南方學(xué)員(P0.05),而BMI區(qū)別無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。青少年航空學(xué)校學(xué)員身高平均值高于全國平均水平,體質(zhì)量及胸圍平均值在全國平均水平范圍內(nèi)。所有學(xué)員胸圍、頸圍、左上臂圍、右上臂圍、腰圍、臀圍、左大腿圍、右大腿圍分別為(83.1±5.06)、(34.7±3.07)、(25.2±2.33)、(25.5±2.30)、(73.4±6.73)、(89.7±5.89)、(50.1±5.22)、(50.2±5.27)cm。對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),胸圍、雙下肢圍北方學(xué)員高于南方學(xué)員(P0.05),頸圍、雙上肢圍南方學(xué)員高于北方學(xué)員(P0.05)。BMI與胸圍、頸圍、左上臂圍、右上臂圍、腰圍、臀圍、左大腿圍、右大腿圍的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.2201、0.1066、0.2466、0.2499、0.2291、0.2149、0.2299、0.2264,均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.0001)。結(jié)論青少年航空學(xué)校學(xué)員在抗荷體質(zhì)相關(guān)指標(biāo)方面與全國平均水平相比無明顯差異,尚未形成航空職業(yè)所需特點(diǎn),急需訓(xùn)練提高。不同地區(qū)學(xué)員在部分指標(biāo)上存在差異,BMI與抗荷相關(guān)身體圍度具有顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,針對(duì)差距和客觀規(guī)律改良訓(xùn)練方案,為高效訓(xùn)練提高青少年航校學(xué)員抗荷能力打下基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the students' physique in aviation school and lay a foundation for their physique training. Methods the height, body mass, neck circumference, chest circumference and double upper arm circumference were measured by cross-sectional study. Waist circumference, hip circumference and double thigh circumference, including 411 students from 6 schools in the north and 403 students from 8 schools in the south, were compared and analyzed according to different regions. The body mass and body mass index (BMI) were 172.3 鹵4.39g 路cm ~ (-1) and 62.7 鹵7.3kg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) 路m ~ (2) respectively. The height and body mass of students in northern China were higher than those of southern students (P 0.05), but the difference of BMI was not statistically significant. The average height of students in youth aviation school was higher than the national average. The average body mass and chest circumference were within the national average level. The average values of chest circumference, neck circumference, left upper arm circumference, right upper arm circumference, waistline circumference, hip circumference, left thigh circumference and right thigh circumference were 83.1 鹵5.06 and 34.7 鹵3.07 respectively. The lower extremity circumference of the northern cadets was higher than that of the southern cadets, the neck circumference, the neck circumference, and the upper limb circumference of the southern cadets were higher than that of the northern cadets P0.05. BMI and the chest circumference, neck circumference, left upper arm circumference, right upper arm circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, left thigh circumference, The correlation coefficients of the right thigh circumference were 0.22010.1066 / 0.2466 / 0.2499 / 0.2291/ 0.2299/ 0.2299/ 0.2264respectively, which had statistical significance (P0.0001). Conclusion there is no significant difference between the students of youth aviation school and the national average in the related indexes of anti-G constitution, and no significant difference has been found in the characteristics needed by the aviation profession. There is a significant positive correlation between BMI and body circumference. The training scheme is improved according to the disparity and objective law. It lays the foundation for high-efficiency training and improving the anti-load ability of the students of the young aviation school.
