【摘要】：目的探討胸腺瘤CT表現(xiàn)及其與病理的關系。方法對本院2014年1月-2016年1月就診64例胸腺瘤患者CT影像學及臨床病理資料進行回顧性分析,觀察胸腺瘤CT表現(xiàn),并分析CT與病理分型、分期的關系。結果 CT表現(xiàn):平掃顯示胸腺瘤病灶均在前縱隔部位;不規(guī)則形態(tài)占79.69%;密度不均占68.75%;增強掃描顯示明顯強化46例;胸膜侵犯25例,肺結節(jié)、縱隔淋巴結腫大各5例。良性(A型與AB型)、惡性(B型與C型)胸腺瘤在腫塊形態(tài)、邊緣、密度、強化程度、局部侵犯及轉移方面差異顯著(P0.05)。胸腺瘤CT分期與病理分期比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);CT分期I-II期中A型、AB型24例,III-IV期中B型、C型27例。結論病理A型、AB型與B型、C型胸腺瘤CT表現(xiàn)存在較大的差異,CT影像學表現(xiàn)對胸腺瘤良惡性(病理分型)及臨床分期判斷有重大價值,能為胸腺瘤臨床診治、預后評估提供重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathology of thymoma and its relationship with CT. Methods in our hospital from January 2014 -2016 year in January 64 cases of patients with thymoma CT imaging and clinical pathological data were retrospectively analyzed. The observation and analysis of CT features of thymoma, CT and pathological type, stage. Results CT: scan showed that lesions were in thymoma anterior mediastinal position; the irregular shape accounted for 79.69%; uneven density accounted for 68.75%; the enhanced scan showed obvious enhancement in 46 cases; 25 cases of pleural invasion, pulmonary nodules, mediastinal lymph nodes in 5 cases. Benign (A and AB) and malignant (B and C) in the tumor shape edge of thymoma. The density, degree of enhancement, the difference of local invasion and metastasis significantly (P0.05). No statistical significance of thymoma CT staging and pathological staging difference (P0.05); A type CT stage I-II, 24 cases of type AB, B type III-IV, type C in 27 cases. Conclusion the pathological type A, type AB and B type, type C CT findings of thymoma are quite different. CT imaging is of great value in judging benign and malignant thymoma (pathological classification) and clinical stage. It can provide important evidence for clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of thymoma.
