【摘要】：目的分析冠狀動脈造影介入手術(shù)患者不同部位受到的輻射劑量。方法采用整群隨機抽樣法,選取廣西4家三級甲等醫(yī)院的60例分別行冠狀動脈造影術(shù)(CAG)和冠狀動脈造影術(shù)及支架植入術(shù)(PTCA)的患者為研究對象,采用熱釋光劑量監(jiān)測方法分別于手術(shù)時對患者甲狀腺、后胸部、會陰和左上臂4個部位表面受照劑量進行監(jiān)測。結(jié)果 CAG和PTCA患者甲狀腺、會陰和左上臂表面受照劑量均低于后胸部(P0.05);PTCA患者甲狀腺、后胸部和左上臂表面受照劑量均高于CAG患者相應(yīng)部位(P0.05)。D醫(yī)院CAG手術(shù)患者甲狀腺和左上臂表面受照劑量均高于其他3家醫(yī)院(P0.05),會陰表面受照劑量均低于其他3家醫(yī)院(P0.05)。結(jié)論冠狀動脈造影介入手術(shù)患者的胸部和甲狀腺表面受照劑量較高,應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)?shù)妮椛浞雷o措施以減少患者的表面受照劑量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the radiation dose in different parts of patients undergoing coronary angiographic interventional surgery. Sixty patients with coronary angiography (CAG), coronary angiography (CAG) and stent implantation (PTCA) were selected from 4 Grade 3A hospitals in Guangxi. The thyroid gland was monitored by thermoluminescence dose monitoring method. Results the dose of radiation on the thyroid gland, perineum and left upper arm surface of patients with CAG and PTCA was lower than that of the patients with posterior thoracic cavity P0.05 or P0.05a, the dose of radiation on the surface of the posterior chest, perineum and left upper arm was lower than that of the patients with CAG and PTCA. The radiation dose on the posterior chest and the left upper arm was higher than that on the thyroid gland and the left upper arm surface of the patients undergoing CAG operation in CAG patients. The radiation dose on the perineal surface was lower than that of the other 3 doctors. Conclusion the radiation dose on the surface of chest and thyroid is higher in patients undergoing coronary angiography interventional surgery. Appropriate radiation protection measures should be taken to reduce the dose of surface exposure to patients.
