【摘要】：目的:了解干休所高齡老年人常見的慢性病現(xiàn)患狀況、分布特點,為高齡老年慢性病的防治提供依據(jù)。方法:收集干休所105例高齡老人的臨床資料,采用SPSS 17.0統(tǒng)計分析軟件進行分析。結(jié)果:105例高齡老人,平均年齡(81.07±6.30)歲。干休所高齡老人慢性病前6位為:高血壓、冠心病、高脂血癥、糖尿病、老年白內(nèi)障、腦卒中。其中,高血壓患病率最高,達到70.48%。老年女性高脂血癥的患病率高于男性,老年男性高血壓、冠心病、糖尿病、老年白內(nèi)障、腦卒中的患病率高于女性。其中,冠心病、老年白內(nèi)障、腦卒中的患病率男、女比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:高血壓、冠心病、糖尿病、血脂異常等慢性病嚴重危害高齡老人的健康,不同性別間慢性病的患病率存在一定差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence and distribution of chronic diseases in elderly people in dry recuperation centers, and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the elderly. Methods: the clinical data of 105 elderly patients were collected. SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the results. Results the average age of 10 5 elderly people was 81.07 鹵6.30 years old. The top 6 of chronic diseases in the elderly in the rest center were: hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, senile cataract, stroke. The prevalence of hypertension was the highest, reaching 70.48. The prevalence of hyperlipidemia in elderly women was higher than that in men, and the prevalence of hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, senile cataract and stroke in elderly men was higher than that in women. Conclusion: hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, dyslipidemia and other chronic diseases seriously harm the health of the elderly.
