【摘要】：目的了解某部新兵自殺意念現(xiàn)狀,探討新兵自殺意念干預(yù)模式效果。方法采用自殺意念自評(píng)量表(SIOSS)、艾森克人格問(wèn)卷(EPQ)、和自編的軍人自殺保護(hù)性因素評(píng)定問(wèn)卷對(duì)某部727名新兵進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)團(tuán)體測(cè)試,從中選擇人口學(xué)資料均匹配,自殺意念得分均達(dá)到12分劃界點(diǎn)和自殺保護(hù)性因素、人格特征無(wú)顯著差異的2組新兵,干預(yù)組在第一次施測(cè)后進(jìn)行4周的系統(tǒng)心理干預(yù),對(duì)照組按新訓(xùn)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行常規(guī)健康教育。采用自殺意念自評(píng)量表、艾森克人格問(wèn)卷、軍人自殺保護(hù)性因素評(píng)定問(wèn)卷作為效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 27人初步篩選為有自殺意念者,自殺意念發(fā)生率為3.71%。干預(yù)組干預(yù)前后,自殺意念(t=3.810,P0.01)、自殺保護(hù)性因素差異顯著(t=-2.160,P0.05),人格特征得分無(wú)顯著差異。對(duì)照組干預(yù)前后,在自殺意念(t=2.629,P0.05)、內(nèi)外向(t=-2.462,P0.05)和穩(wěn)定性等人格因素上差異顯著。干預(yù)后干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組自殺意念、人格特征、自殺保護(hù)性因素對(duì)比結(jié)果呈陰性。結(jié)論該部新兵自殺意念發(fā)生率低于正常人群體。管理干預(yù)、團(tuán)體心理訓(xùn)練、個(gè)體心理咨詢與治療的系統(tǒng)干預(yù)模式對(duì)保護(hù)性因素干預(yù)效果明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of suicidal ideation in recruits, Objective to explore the effect of suicide ideation intervention model in recruits. Methods 727 recruits were tested by self-designed questionnaire of suicidal ideation, Eysenck Personality questionnaire (EPQN) and self-designed questionnaire on the factors of suicide protection. All the demographic data were matched, the scores of suicidal ideation reached 12 points and the protective factors of suicide. The two groups of recruits with no significant difference in personality characteristics were given systematic psychological intervention for 4 weeks after the first test. In the control group, routine health education was carried out according to the new training plan. Self rating scale of suicide ideation, Eysenck Personality questionnaire and military suicide Protective Factor scale were used as the effect evaluation indexes. Results 27 patients were preliminarily selected as having suicidal ideation. The incidence of suicidal ideation was 3.71. Before and after intervention, the incidence of suicidal ideation was 3.810% P0.01, and there was significant difference in the protective factors of suicide. There was no significant difference in the scores of personality characteristics before and after intervention in the control group. There were significant differences in personality factors, such as suicide ideation 2.629 (P0.05), introversion and extroversion (2.462P0.05) and stability. After intervention, the intervention group and the control group had suicidal ideation and personality characteristics. Conclusion the incidence of suicidal ideation in recruits is lower than that in normal population. The systematic intervention model of management intervention, group psychological training, individual psychological counseling and treatment has obvious effect on the intervention of protective factors.
