【摘要】：目的調(diào)查民用航空西南地區(qū)飛行員和空中交通管制員(以下簡稱"管制員")慢性球結(jié)膜疾病的患病情況,探討其影響因素。方法采用判斷抽樣的方法,收集民用航空西南地區(qū)參加2012年年度健康檢查的3 845名飛行員和管制員的健康檢查資料,分析不同類型機場、不同工種、不同年齡以及不同累計飛行時間的受檢人員的慢性球結(jié)膜疾病患病情況,并分析上述因素對慢性球結(jié)膜疾病的影響。結(jié)果高原機場的飛行員、管制員以及總受檢人員的慢性球結(jié)膜疾病患病率分別高于平原機場的同工種人群(P0.01);但來自同類型機場的飛行員和管制員的慢性球結(jié)膜疾病患病率分別比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。調(diào)查對象慢性球結(jié)膜疾病的患病風(fēng)險隨累計飛行時間的增加而升高(P0.01);女性、年齡≥40.0歲以及高原機場工作者罹患慢性球結(jié)膜疾病的風(fēng)險相對較高(P0.01)。結(jié)論民用航空西南地區(qū)飛行員及管制員慢性球結(jié)膜疾病患病與性別、年齡、機場類型及累計飛行時間有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of chronic bulbar conjunctival disease among pilots and air traffic controllers in southwest civil aviation, and to explore the influencing factors. Collect the health inspection data of 3,845 pilots and controllers who participated in the annual health inspection in 2012 in the southwest region of civil aviation, and analyze the different types of airports and different types of work, The prevalence of chronic bulbar conjunctiva disease in the subjects of different ages and different cumulative flight time was analyzed, and the effects of the above factors on the chronic bulbar conjunctival disease were analyzed.
