河南省高校體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷與預(yù)防研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)河南省高校體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生參與籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)和訓(xùn)練而造成身體傷害的基本特征為研究依據(jù),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法四個(gè)研究方法,以河南省體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生在籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中常出現(xiàn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷為研究就對(duì),對(duì)河南省7所普通高校,河南大學(xué)、鄭州大學(xué)、河南師范大學(xué)、河南理工大學(xué)、安陽師范大學(xué)、洛陽師范大學(xué)、南陽師范大學(xué)中體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生在籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中常出現(xiàn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過對(duì)體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生在籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷知識(shí)方面的認(rèn)知程度與途徑及運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷部位、運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷類型、運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷性質(zhì)、運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的場(chǎng)合和產(chǎn)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的原因進(jìn)行深入調(diào)查,得出以下7個(gè)結(jié)論: 1.體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生對(duì)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷知識(shí)方面的了解程度屬于中等或中下等,,其中男生比女生對(duì)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷知識(shí)了解程度要稍高。 2.大多數(shù)體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生都是通過在運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷課堂上,通過老師講解,以及通過同學(xué)和朋友這三種途徑去掌握學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷方面的知識(shí)。 3.體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生在籃球中容易產(chǎn)生的損傷部位依次為指關(guān)節(jié)、膝關(guān)節(jié)、腕關(guān)節(jié)、踝關(guān)節(jié)、手部等。 4.體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生在籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中產(chǎn)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的場(chǎng)合主要有其在籃球訓(xùn)練中、在比賽中、在課外活動(dòng)中以及在專選與必修籃球課上。 5.體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生在籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷類型依次為挫傷、關(guān)節(jié)扭傷、肌肉拉傷、擦傷、脫位和骨折。 6.體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生均表示在籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷主要有急性損傷、慢性損傷和亞急性損傷。 7.體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生在籃球球運(yùn)動(dòng)中發(fā)生運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的原因主要有:犯規(guī)或身體沖撞、醫(yī)務(wù)監(jiān)督不足、帶傷訓(xùn)練或比賽、自我保護(hù)意識(shí)差、身體素質(zhì)差以及身體疲勞等。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic characteristics of physical injury caused by physical education students' participation in basketball and training in colleges and universities in Henan Province, this paper applies four research methods: literature, questionnaire, logic analysis and mathematical statistics. Based on the study of sports injuries often occurring in basketball in Henan Province, 7 ordinary universities, Henan University, Zhengzhou University, Henan normal University, Henan normal University, Henan University of Science and Technology, Anyang normal University, The physical education students in Luoyang normal University and Nanyang normal University are investigating the sports injuries that often occur in basketball. Through the deep investigation on the cognition degree and the way of sports injury knowledge, the sports injury location, the sports injury type, the sports injury nature, the sports injury situation and the cause of the sports injury among the students majoring in physical education. The following seven conclusions were drawn:. 1. The students of physical education major have a middle or lower level of knowledge of basketball injury, and boys have a higher level of knowledge of basketball injuries than girls. 2.Most students majoring in physical education master the knowledge of basketball injury through three ways: in the sports injury class, through the teacher's explanation, and through the students and friends. 3. The injured sites of physical education students in basketball are knuckle joint, knee joint, wrist joint, ankle joint, hand and so on. 4. The sports injury of PE students in basketball is mainly in basketball training, in competition, in extracurricular activities and in special and compulsory basketball courses. 5. The types of sports injuries frequently occurring in basketball are contusion, joint sprain, muscle strain, abrasion, dislocation and fracture. 6. Students majoring in physical education indicated that sports injuries mainly occurred in basketball, including acute injury, chronic injury and subacute injury. 7. The main causes of sports injury in basketball are: foul or physical collision, insufficient medical supervision, injured training or competition, poor consciousness of self-protection, poor physical fitness and physical fatigue, etc.
