【摘要】：目的分析近30年中國南方地區(qū)女性骨盆入口形狀特點及其變化趨勢,探討其對臨床的指導(dǎo)意義。方法收集844例行盆腔CT檢查的漢族女性患者影像數(shù)據(jù)集,重建骨盆數(shù)字化三維模型并測量骨盆入口橫徑和入口前后徑,以判斷其入口形態(tài)并分類。將患者按年齡分為3組,第1組20~40歲,第2組41~50歲之間,第3組大于50歲,比較3組間骨盆入口形狀大小及其與年齡的關(guān)系。結(jié)果⑴844例女性骨盆入口形態(tài)分類,不同年齡組骨盆入口形態(tài)分布有顯著差異(P0.001);⑵不同年齡組間骨盆入口橫徑、入口前后徑差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;⑶入口前后徑與年齡呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.292,P0.001);⑷不同年齡組骨盆入口面積3組間差異亦有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論近30年中國南方女性骨盆入口形狀分布中,骨盆入口橫橢圓形逐漸減少,縱橢圓形逐漸增多。同時,骨盆入口面積逐漸增大,其變化趨勢有利于經(jīng)陰道分娩時胎頭的銜接。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of pelvic inlet shape and its changing trend in southern China in recent 30 years, and to explore its guiding significance in clinic. Methods 844 female patients with Han nationality underwent pelvic CT examination were collected. To reconstruct the three-dimensional model of the pelvis and measure the transverse diameter and the anteroposterior diameter of the pelvic entrance to determine the shape and classification of the inlet. The patients were divided into three groups according to their age: the first group was 20 ~ 40 years old, the second group was 41 ~ 50 years old, the third group was more than 50 years old. Results in 1844 female patients, there were significant differences in pelvic inlet shape distribution among different age groups (P 0.001) and the transverse diameter of pelvic inlet among different age groups. There was a negative correlation between the anteroposterior diameter of the inlet and the age. There was also a significant difference among the three groups in the pelvic inlet area of different age groups (P 0.001). Conclusion in the recent 30 years, the distribution of the pelvic inlet shape of the female female in southern China is significant. At the same time, the entrance area of pelvis gradually increased, which was beneficial to the convergence of fetal head during vaginal delivery.
