影像導(dǎo)航輔助定位穿刺系統(tǒng)在微創(chuàng)介入治療中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:影像導(dǎo)航輔助定位穿刺系統(tǒng)是近年來發(fā)展的一項具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景的治療新技術(shù),它融合了影像與導(dǎo)航定位技術(shù),通過影像顯示實時動態(tài)導(dǎo)引手術(shù)器械對病灶進行操作,大大優(yōu)化了微創(chuàng)介入治療過程。影像導(dǎo)引方式主要包括超聲、CT、MRI導(dǎo)引等,導(dǎo)航定位技術(shù)可根據(jù)不同原理分為機械定位、光學(xué)定位和電磁定位。不同影像引導(dǎo)方式和導(dǎo)航定位技術(shù)各有優(yōu)劣。影像導(dǎo)航輔助定位穿刺系統(tǒng)目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于腫瘤穿刺活檢、局部消融治療、放射性粒子植入治療等微創(chuàng)介入治療領(lǐng)域,取得了良好效果,但仍存在一些不足。本文就該技術(shù)在微創(chuàng)介入治療中的應(yīng)用作一簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:Image navigation assisted positioning and puncture system is a new treatment technology with wide application prospect in recent years. It combines image and navigation technology, and operates the focus by real-time and dynamic guiding surgical instruments. The procedure of minimally invasive interventional therapy has been greatly optimized. The image guidance methods mainly include ultrasound CTT MRI guidance and so on. The navigation and positioning technology can be divided into mechanical positioning according to different principles. Optical positioning and electromagnetic positioning. Different image guidance methods and navigation and positioning techniques have their own advantages and disadvantages. Image navigation assisted positioning puncture system has been widely used in tumor biopsy, local ablation treatment, Good results have been achieved in the field of minimally invasive interventional therapy such as radioactive seed implantation, but there are still some shortcomings. This article briefly reviews the application of this technique in minimally invasive interventional therapy.
