【摘要】：正患者男性,44歲,體檢時發(fā)現(xiàn)右下腹包塊1個月余,自覺大便變細,無腹脹、腹痛、尿頻、尿急等不適感,無黃疸、肉眼血尿、膿血便等。血液實驗室檢查:AFP 8.70 ng/ml、CEA2.50 ng/ml、SF 88.10 ng/ml、CA199 14.89 U/ml。
[Abstract]:The male patient was 44 years old. During the physical examination, he found that the right lower abdomen mass became thinner and thinner, without abdominal distension, abdominal pain, frequent urination, urgent urination, no jaundice, no jaundice, naked hematuria, purulent blood stool, etc. The blood laboratory test showed that the blood laboratory test showed that the right lower abdomen mass became thinner, no abdominal distension, abdominal pain, frequency of urination, and so on.
