【摘要】：目的:建立大致正常成年漢族人群下頜骨三維形態(tài)測(cè)量方法并初步獲取其三維形態(tài)測(cè)量平均值,為建立三維虛擬可變形下頜骨平均值模型提供前提。方法:利用現(xiàn)有大致正常成年漢族人群頭顱三維CT數(shù)據(jù)庫(54例),應(yīng)用三維重建和測(cè)量軟件Mimics 10.01,建立下頜骨外形輪廓三維測(cè)量方法。SPSS 13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析。結(jié)果:獲得大致正常成年漢族人群男性和女性下頜骨各部位長(zhǎng)度、寬度、高度、深度、厚度、角度等84組均數(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差,其中66組測(cè)量項(xiàng)目在男、女間差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,16組測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)男、女間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,且此16組測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)在下頜骨表面分布具有對(duì)稱性。成年男性和女性下頜骨外形輪廓高、寬、深度間不具相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:大致正常成年漢族人群男性和女性下頜骨形態(tài)長(zhǎng)、寬、深、高度各具特點(diǎn),男、女個(gè)體下頜骨三維形態(tài)各具特征。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a three-dimensional morphological measurement method of mandible in normal adult Han population and to obtain the mean value of three-dimensional morphology measurement. Methods: 54 cases of cranial CT database of normal adult Han population were used to establish the mean value model of virtual deformable mandible. The external mandible was established by using Mimics 10.01, a 3D reconstruction and measurement software. SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data obtained. Results: the length of mandible in male and female adults was obtained. Width, height, depth, thickness, angle and so on 84 groups of mean and standard deviation, 66 groups of measurement items in men and women were statistically significant in 16 groups of measurement data, there was no significant difference between women and men. There was no correlation between the contour, width and depth of mandible in adult male and female. Conclusion: the mandibular shape of male and female adult Han nationality is long and wide. The depth and height of mandible have their own characteristics, and the mandible of male and female have their own characteristics.
