應(yīng)用逆向工程技術(shù)測(cè)量人膝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)外側(cè)間室間隙和體積

【摘要】:背景:膝關(guān)節(jié)是人體骨骼中形態(tài)及結(jié)構(gòu)最為復(fù)雜的部分,臨床上常使用X射線片反映膝關(guān)節(jié)間隙狹窄程度。但X射線片是將三維的關(guān)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行二維投射,因此關(guān)節(jié)拍攝定位的不同會(huì)影響測(cè)量結(jié)果,很難保證重復(fù)測(cè)量的準(zhǔn)確性。目的:建立膝關(guān)節(jié)間隙三維模型并測(cè)量其距離和體積,為后續(xù)的模型、生物力學(xué)及相關(guān)臨床研究提供基礎(chǔ)。方法:基于逆向工程原理,采用膝關(guān)節(jié)CT斷層圖像,使用Mimics進(jìn)行膝關(guān)節(jié)和內(nèi)側(cè)間室三維結(jié)構(gòu)重建,最后導(dǎo)入Geomagic Studio對(duì)模型進(jìn)行光滑處理并計(jì)算膝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)、外側(cè)間室體積。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:利用膝關(guān)節(jié)CT斷層圖像分別重建出膝關(guān)節(jié)三維模型的骨性結(jié)構(gòu)如股骨、脛骨、腓骨,并成功構(gòu)建出膝關(guān)節(jié)間隙模型。構(gòu)建的膝關(guān)節(jié)三維模型和間隙模型可以任意角度或單獨(dú)觀察,并可以進(jìn)行體視學(xué)測(cè)量。發(fā)現(xiàn)膝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)外側(cè)間隙雖然距離有差異,但體積接近,說(shuō)明通過(guò)計(jì)算膝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)、外間室的體積,可以全面的反映膝關(guān)節(jié)間隙的狹窄程度。
[Abstract]:Background: the knee joint is the most complicated part of human skeleton, X-ray film is often used to reflect the narrow degree of the knee joint space in clinic, but X-ray film is to project the three-dimensional joint structure into two dimensions. Therefore, the different location of joint photography will affect the measurement results, it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of repeated measurements. Objective: to establish a three-dimensional model of the knee joint space and measure its distance and volume, which is a follow-up model. Methods: based on the principle of reverse engineering, CT tomography of knee joint and Mimics were used to reconstruct the three-dimensional structure of knee joint and medial compartment. Finally, Geomagic Studio was introduced to smooth the model and calculate the volume of the medial and lateral interventricular of knee joint. Results and conclusion: the bone structure of the three-dimensional model of knee joint, such as femur, tibia and fibula, was reconstructed by CT tomography. The 3D model and the space model of knee joint can be observed at any angle or separately, and can be measured by stereology. It is found that although the distance between the inner and outer space of the knee joint is different, the volume of the space is close to that of the joint. By calculating the volume of the inner and outer chambers of the knee joint, the narrow degree of the space of the knee joint can be fully reflected.
