不同模式低氧暴露與運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)大鼠骨骼肌纖維百分率的影響

【摘要】:目的:建立不同低氧暴露與運(yùn)動(dòng)模型,觀察大鼠骨骼肌纖維類型的變化,為低氧訓(xùn)練提供更科學(xué)的訓(xùn)練依據(jù)。方法:9周齡大鼠模擬6周不同海拔高度(0m、2200m、2200m~3500m、3500m)低氧暴露與運(yùn)動(dòng)兩種模型,共8組(n=80)。實(shí)驗(yàn)期間,低氧暴露組連續(xù)6周單純低氧刺激,低氧運(yùn)動(dòng)組每日按(20~22)m/min的速度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)90min,每周5次;實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后用ATP酶染色法測(cè)Ⅰ、Ⅱ型肌纖維類型,顯微鏡采集圖像后分析軟件計(jì)算大鼠比目魚(yú)肌和趾長(zhǎng)伸肌SO、FOG、FG肌纖維百分率。結(jié)果:(1)比目魚(yú)肌中FOG肌纖維百分率在海拔2200m時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)組較暴露組高6%、在海拔2200m~3500m時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)組較暴露組高9%(p0.05),SO肌纖維百分率在海拔2200m~3500m時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)組較暴露組高0.8%;(2)趾長(zhǎng)伸肌中,4個(gè)海拔高度FOG肌纖維百分率運(yùn)動(dòng)組均高于暴露組,分別高0.4%、3%、7%、6.7%,SO肌纖維百分率在海拔0m時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)組較安靜組增加4.5%;FG肌纖維百分率在4個(gè)海拔高度下變化不明顯。結(jié)論:(1)6周不同海拔低氧暴露與運(yùn)動(dòng)雙重刺激后,大鼠骨骼肌組織產(chǎn)生適應(yīng)性變化,比目魚(yú)肌和趾長(zhǎng)伸肌FOG肌纖維百分率增加,有利于提高大鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)能力;(2)大鼠比目魚(yú)肌SO、FOG肌纖維百分率在海拔2200m~3500m運(yùn)動(dòng)后高于暴露組,提示在2200m~3500m低氧復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)模式下運(yùn)動(dòng),有助于提高大鼠肌肉有氧代謝能力;(3)6周不同海拔高度單純低氧暴露及中強(qiáng)度低氧運(yùn)動(dòng)不會(huì)引起骨骼肌纖維類型的改變。
