【摘要】：研究目的意義：驗(yàn)證武功整復(fù)高低肩整復(fù)手法對(duì)肩關(guān)節(jié)調(diào)整的有效性，從而達(dá)到預(yù)防和干預(yù)大學(xué)生高低肩的目的。通過(guò)各種研究方法探索武功整復(fù)之高低肩整復(fù)手法的調(diào)整機(jī)理和武功整復(fù)高低肩整復(fù)手法的科學(xué)性。高低肩會(huì)影響到患者的日常生活與工作，甚至可造成脊柱側(cè)彎。因此，積極探索療效確切、安全的治療方法，具有顯著的社會(huì)及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 研究對(duì)象方法：在上海體育學(xué)院招募45名上海體育學(xué)院在校大學(xué)生為受試者，招募條件為視覺(jué)評(píng)價(jià)肩膀有明顯高低落差；日常生活影響較小或有不適感；有功能受限，活動(dòng)不便，無(wú)先天骨骼疾病的受試者。懫用“隨機(jī)數(shù)表法”將45例符合珍斷和納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的受試者分為干預(yù)組和對(duì)照R%，在Excel隨機(jī)分組表格中進(jìn)行分組。分為三組，其中干預(yù)組分兩組，共30人；第三組為對(duì)照組，共15人。整復(fù)組進(jìn)行高低肩手法調(diào)整干預(yù)，按摩組進(jìn)行保健按摩肩頸保健手法干預(yù)。干預(yù)時(shí)間為兩周，，干預(yù)次數(shù)為4次。 研究結(jié)果：干預(yù)組兩組同學(xué)經(jīng)過(guò)干預(yù)后均有好轉(zhuǎn)效果，而干預(yù)組中手法調(diào)整組對(duì)高低肩和肩膀疼痛度的干預(yù)效果要明顯優(yōu)于保健按摩肩頸保健手法干預(yù)組。干預(yù)組兩組相對(duì)于對(duì)照組都有效果，對(duì)照組無(wú)顯著性差異。 研究結(jié)論：1、武功整復(fù)之高低肩整復(fù)手法治療高低肩，可有效地緩解疼痛，改善患者的肩關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度，大大地減輕患者痛苦。2、武功整復(fù)學(xué)中高低肩整復(fù)手法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能緩解患者的肌肉緊張和減少患者的身體疼痛。3、通過(guò)被動(dòng)調(diào)整手法調(diào)整患者高低肩，可以達(dá)到預(yù)防和治療脊柱側(cè)彎的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to verify the effectiveness of high and low shoulder restoration manipulation in the adjustment of shoulder joint. In order to achieve the purpose of prevention and intervention of college students' high and low shoulders. Through various research methods to explore the adjustment mechanism of high and low shoulder restoration techniques and the scientific nature of high and low shoulder restoration techniques. The patient's daily life and work, It can even cause scoliosis. Therefore, it has significant social and economic benefits to explore effective and safe treatment methods. Methods: 45 college students of Shanghai Institute of physical Education were recruited in Shanghai Institute of physical Education. The conditions of recruitment were as follows: the visual evaluation of shoulder had obvious difference in height and height; the influence of daily life was small or unwell; Subjects without congenital skeletal disease were divided into intervention group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45) by "random number table". The subjects were divided into three groups in the Excel random grouping table. The intervention group was divided into two groups (30 persons) and the third group was the control group (15 persons). The patients in the reduction group were treated with adjustment of high and low shoulder manipulation, and the massage group with the intervention of health care massage shoulder and neck. The intervention time was two weeks and the times of intervention was 4 times. Results: after intervention, the two groups of students in the intervention group had improved results. In the intervention group, the intervention effect on the pain degree of high and low shoulders and shoulders in the manipulation adjustment group was significantly better than that in the health care massage shoulder neck care intervention group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in comparison with the control group. Conclusion 1, the treatment of high and low shoulders with high and low shoulder restoration can effectively relieve the pain and improve the motion of the shoulder joint of the patients. It greatly alleviates the pain of patients. The advantage of high and low shoulder reduction manipulation in kungfu restoration is that it can relieve the muscle tension of the patients and reduce the pain of the patients, and adjust the height and height of the patients by passively adjusting the manipulations. It can prevent and treat scoliosis.
