組織行為對(duì)軍隊(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員職業(yè)倦怠干預(yù)分析研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的迅猛發(fā)展,在當(dāng)今復(fù)雜的社會(huì),軍隊(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員作為特殊職業(yè),,其工作壓力比較大,職業(yè)倦怠已經(jīng)成為其不可忽視的職業(yè)病。而對(duì)其職業(yè)倦怠的干預(yù)也就具有很重要的軍事意義。 本文研究主要包括三大部分。第一部分是對(duì)軍隊(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員的倦怠和組織心理健康進(jìn)行紙筆問(wèn)卷調(diào)查研究,并進(jìn)行總結(jié)。第二部分是運(yùn)用組織行為對(duì)職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行有效的干預(yù)和分析研究。 通過(guò)本文研究主要發(fā)現(xiàn): (1)30~40歲的軍隊(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員情緒耗竭最高,30歲的個(gè)人成就感最低。 (2)在10~20年軍齡中,軍隊(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員的情緒耗竭最高,1~10年軍齡的個(gè)人成就感最低。 (3)研究生及以上組的情緒耗竭得分高于大學(xué)及以下組,提示學(xué)歷越高越容易產(chǎn)生倦怠。 (4)已婚發(fā)生職業(yè)倦怠程度高于未婚的倦怠的程度。 (5)非先進(jìn)科室組心理不健康顯著高于先進(jìn)科室組。 (6)通過(guò)職業(yè)倦怠和組織心理健康的分析提出組織行為有效預(yù)防職業(yè)倦怠的措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, in today's complex society, as a special profession, medical personnel in the military work under great pressure. Job burnout has become an occupational disease which can not be ignored, and the intervention to its job burnout is of great military significance. The first part is a questionnaire survey on the burnout and organizational mental health of military medical personnel. The second part is the effective intervention and analysis of the status quo of job burnout by organizational behavior. The main findings of this paper are as follows:. The 30-year-old military medical staff had the highest emotional exhaustion and the 30-year-old had the lowest sense of personal accomplishment. (2) in 10 ~ 20 years of military service, the highest emotional exhaustion of military medical personnel (1 ~ 10 years) had the lowest sense of personal accomplishment. 3) the scores of emotional exhaustion in graduate students and above were higher than those in universities and below, suggesting that the higher the education level was, the more easily burnout occurred. 4) the degree of job burnout in married is higher than that in unmarried. 5) the mental health of non-advanced department group was significantly higher than that of advanced department group. 6. Through the analysis of job burnout and organizational mental health, the measures of organizational behavior to prevent job burnout are put forward.
