【摘要】：目的探討牙根縱裂采取數(shù)字化X線牙片與錐形束CT(CBCT)診斷的價(jià)值。方法選取我院口腔內(nèi)科2013年1月~2015年12月接診的疑似牙根縱裂患者100例進(jìn)行研究,入選患者均有完整臨床資料,自愿接受本研究并簽署知情同意書,均進(jìn)行數(shù)字化X線牙片與CBCT診斷,分別定義為對(duì)照組與研究組。然后利用診斷金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)兩組診斷結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,觀察記錄兩組真陽性、真陰性、假陽性、假陰性,并計(jì)算敏感性與特異性,然后采取統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)比較分析。結(jié)果根據(jù)金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)果,確定牙根縱裂92例、排除8例,研究組敏感度、特異性、陽性檢出率及陰性檢出率均明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論牙根縱裂診斷中采取錐形束CT診斷,其診斷敏感度、特異性,以及陽性/陰性檢出率要明顯更高,相比數(shù)字化X線片診斷結(jié)果更符合金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有很好的臨床診斷價(jià)值,值得借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of digital radiographs and CTCBCTs in the diagnosis of longitudinal root fractures. Methods 100 suspected cases of longitudinal root fractures received from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and all the patients were enrolled in the study. All the selected patients had complete clinical data. Voluntary acceptance of the study and signing of informed consent, digital X-ray and CBCT diagnosis, respectively defined as the control group and the study group. Then the diagnostic results of the two groups were compared with the diagnostic gold standard, the two groups were observed and recorded the true positive. True negative, false positive, false negative, and calculated sensitivity and specificity. Results according to the results of gold standard, 92 cases of root longitudinal fissure were determined, 8 cases were excluded, the study group was sensitive and specific. The positive and negative detection rates were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and positive / negative detection rate are significantly higher in the diagnosis of root longitudinal fissure with conical beam CT. Compared with the digital X-ray diagnosis, the diagnostic results are more in line with the gold standard, and have good clinical diagnostic value, which is worthy of reference.
