【摘要】：目的觀察膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者下肢力線改變的規(guī)律,為臨床診療提供參考。方法利用PHILIPS DR對(duì)男女各25例膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的下肢進(jìn)行立位攝片,并利用測(cè)量軟件對(duì)其下肢力線進(jìn)行測(cè)量,然后將測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)與國(guó)人正常參考值進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的下肢力線中髖膝踝角(A角)較國(guó)人正常參考值小(P0.05),膝關(guān)節(jié)外翻角(B角)較國(guó)人正常參考值大(P0.05),脛骨角(C角)及踝角(D角)與國(guó)人正常參考值比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的下肢力線改變主要是A角較國(guó)人正常參考值小與B角較國(guó)人正常參考值大,雖然C角、D角與國(guó)人正常參考值比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,但C角及D角出現(xiàn)了異常反應(yīng)KOA的嚴(yán)重程度,測(cè)量下肢力線中的A角、B角及C角及D角對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的評(píng)估及預(yù)測(cè)具有臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of lower limb force line in patients with knee osteoarthritis and osteoarthritis (KOAA), and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 25 cases of knee osteoarthritis in male and female patients with knee osteoarthritis were photographed by PHILIPS Dr. The force line of the lower extremity was measured by the software. Then the measured data were compared with the normal reference value of Chinese people. Results the hip knee ankle angle A angle in knee osteoarthritis patients was lower than that of Chinese normal reference value (P 0.05) and the knee joint valgus angle B) was higher than that in Chinese patients. Compared with the normal reference values of Chinese people, the normal reference values were: P0.05A, C angle of tibia angle) and D angle of ankle angle. Conclusion the changes of lower limb force line in patients with knee osteoarthritis are mainly lower than normal reference value of Chinese and larger than normal reference value of Chinese. Although there was no significant difference between C angle D angle and Chinese normal reference value, the severity of abnormal reaction of C angle and D angle was found in KOA. Measurement of angle A, angle B, angle C and angle D in lower limb force line is of clinical significance in the evaluation and prediction of osteoarthritis of knee joint.
