【摘要】：目的:在雙能量CT胰腺成像中采用線性融合技術(shù)進(jìn)行圖像重建,比較不同權(quán)重因子(M)重建圖像上胰周血管的顯示情況,以提高胰腺CT成像質(zhì)量。方法:對(duì)38例懷疑胰腺占位的患者行雙能量CT增強(qiáng)掃描(80kVp/Sn140kVp),采用11種權(quán)重因子(M=0~1.0,以0.1為單位遞增)對(duì)動(dòng)脈晚期圖像進(jìn)行線性融合重建。測(cè)量并比較11組圖像上腹主動(dòng)脈、腹腔干、肝總動(dòng)脈、脾動(dòng)脈、胃十二指腸動(dòng)脈和腸系膜上動(dòng)脈的CT值、信噪比(SNR)和對(duì)比噪聲比(CNR),并由兩位放射科醫(yī)師對(duì)圖像質(zhì)量進(jìn)行主觀評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:各支血管的SNR及CNR在11組圖像間的總體差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。M=0.7組中的SNR最高,僅與M=0.8組間的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。M=0.8組中的CNR最高,僅與M=0.7組間的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。主觀評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示權(quán)重因子0.7組的圖像質(zhì)量最佳。結(jié)論:雙能量CT胰腺增強(qiáng)掃描中,使用動(dòng)脈晚期圖像進(jìn)行線性融合重建時(shí)權(quán)重因子值為0.7時(shí)胰周血管成像質(zhì)量最佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the display of peripancreatic vessels in dual-energy CT pancreatic imaging using linear fusion technique. In order to improve the quality of CT imaging of pancreas, 38 patients suspected of pancreatic occupation were examined with dual-energy CT enhanced CT scan of 80kVp / Sn140kVpP, and 11 weighting factors (M0. 0 1.0, 0. 1 as unit increments) were used to perform linear fusion reconstruction of late arterial images. The abdominal aorta was measured and compared in 11 groups. Ct values of celiac trunk, common hepatic artery, splenic artery, gastroduodenal artery and superior mesenteric artery, The image quality was evaluated by two radiologists. Results: the overall difference of SNR and CNR among the 11 groups was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 8, P 0. 05). The subjective evaluation showed that the weight factor 0. 7 group had the best image quality. Conclusion: in the dual energy CT pancreatic enhancement scan, there is no significant difference between the two groups (P 0. 05), but there is no significant difference between the two groups (P 0. 05). When the weighted factor value is 0.7, the imaging quality of peripancreatic vessels is the best when the late arterial images are used for linear fusion reconstruction.
