【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)對(duì)維吾爾族與漢族視神經(jīng)管進(jìn)行相關(guān)影像學(xué)測(cè)量，為鼻內(nèi)鏡下經(jīng)鼻蝶入路行視神經(jīng)管減壓提供解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。方法：對(duì)20名正常國(guó)人(維漢各10名)40個(gè)視神經(jīng)管行CT薄層掃描并三維重建，測(cè)量視神經(jīng)管各壁的長(zhǎng)度及視神經(jīng)管眶口、顱口的橫徑、垂直徑，并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果：視神經(jīng)管外側(cè)壁長(zhǎng)度維族為(9.90±1.69mm)，，漢族為(10.27±1.22mm)上壁長(zhǎng)度維族為(9.29±1.99mm)，漢族為(10.20±1.67mm)，內(nèi)側(cè)壁長(zhǎng)度維族為(11.13±1.89mm)，漢族為(12.03±1.07mm)，下壁長(zhǎng)度維族為(8.74±1.81mm)，漢族為(10.05±0.98mm)，眶口橫徑長(zhǎng)度維族為(3.58±0.56mm)，漢族為(3.63±0.40mm)，眶口垂直徑長(zhǎng)度維族為(4.69±0.70mm)，漢族為(4.42±1.03mm)，顱口橫徑長(zhǎng)度維族為(4.82±1.04mm)，漢族為(4.52±0.60mm)，顱口垂直徑長(zhǎng)度維族為(3.32±0.75mm)，漢族為(3.24±0.73mm)。視神經(jīng)管與正中矢狀面成角維族為(31.73±2.76)度，漢族為(28.30±2.24)度。結(jié)論：維吾爾族與漢族視神經(jīng)管各測(cè)量指標(biāo)影像學(xué)無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)差異；上述結(jié)果對(duì)維、漢族視神經(jīng)管提供了詳盡的相關(guān)解剖資料，為鼻內(nèi)鏡下經(jīng)鼻蝶入路行視神經(jīng)管減壓提供了解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the correlation imaging of optic canal between Uygur and Han nationality. Methods: thin slice CT scanning and 3D reconstruction of 40 optic canal were performed in 20 normal Chinese (10 Uygur Han and 10 Uygur Han) under nasal endoscopy via transsphenoidal approach. The length of each wall of the optic canal and the transverse and vertical diameters of the orbital and cranial orifice of the optic canal were measured. Results: the length of lateral wall of optic canal was 9.90 鹵1.69 mm in Uygur nationality, 10.27 鹵1.22 mm in Han nationality). The length of upper wall was 9.29 鹵1.99 mm in Han nationality, 10.20 鹵1.67 mm in Han nationality, 11.13 鹵1.89 mm in medial wall, 12.03 鹵1.07 mm in Han nationality, 8.74 鹵1.81 mm in lower wall, 10.05 鹵0.98 mm in Han nationality. The length of length was 3.58 鹵0.56 mm in Uygur, 3.63 鹵0.40 mm in Han, 4.69 鹵0.70 mm in orbital orifice, 4.42 鹵1.03mm in Han nationality, 4.82 鹵1.04mm in cranial orifice, 4.52 鹵0.60 mm in Han nationality, 3.32 鹵0.75 mm in Han nationality, 3.24 鹵0.73 mm in Han nationality respectively. The angle of optic canal to median sagittal plane was 31.73 鹵2.76) degree. Conclusion: there is no statistical difference in the imaging of the optic canal between the Uygur and the Han nationality, and the above results provide detailed anatomical data for the optic canal of the Han nationality and the Uygur nationality. It provides anatomic basis for optic canal decompression via transsphenoidal approach under nasal endoscope.
