【摘要】：目的:研究激光針灸對(duì)跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)員拇外翻的療效。方法:選取廣東省二沙體育訓(xùn)練中心2015年1月至2016年1月隨隊(duì)治療的拇外翻跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)員患者60例,按照奇偶數(shù)法將患者分為對(duì)照組與觀察組兩組,每組30例。對(duì)照組患者予雙氯芬酸鈉、矯形足弓鞋墊治療及使用彈力帶進(jìn)行肌力訓(xùn)練。觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上予激光針灸治療,連續(xù)治療4周。觀察并記錄兩組患者治療前后的臨床癥狀和體征、拇外翻角改變情況、疼痛視覺模擬評(píng)分。記錄兩組患者恢復(fù)訓(xùn)練所需時(shí)間。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率為83.33%,對(duì)照組總有效率為50.00%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,觀察組拇外翻角明顯小于對(duì)照組(16.33±5.09°vs 23.42±4.83°),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組治療后第1、第2跖骨間角也明顯小于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者治療后視覺疼痛模擬評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組(1.69±0.77分vs 3.12±1.02分),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組治療后恢復(fù)正常強(qiáng)度訓(xùn)練所需時(shí)間為5.33±1.12周,對(duì)照組則為7.12±1.58周,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:激光針灸能夠顯著改善跳水運(yùn)動(dòng)員拇外翻癥狀,減小拇外翻角與第1、第2跖骨間角,改善局部疼痛癥狀,有助于運(yùn)動(dòng)員盡快恢復(fù)訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of laser acupuncture and moxibustion on hallux valgus of diver. From January 2015 to January 2016, 60 patients with hallux valgus diver treated in Ersha Sports training Center of Guangdong Province were selected. The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group according to the method of odd and even number. The patients in control group were given diclofenac sodium. Orthopedic arch insole treatment and the use of elastic band for muscle strength training. The observation group on the basis of laser acupuncture treatment for 4 weeks. Observe and record the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment. The change of hallux valgus angle, visual analogue score of pain and the time needed to resume training were recorded in both groups. Results: the total effective rate was 83.33 in the observation group and 50.00% in the control group. After treatment, the hallux valgus angle in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.33 鹵5.09 擄vs 23.42 鹵4.83 擄). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The angle between the first and second metatarsal bones in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The visual pain analogue score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (1.69 鹵0.77 vs 3.12 鹵1.02). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The time required to return to normal intensity training was 5.33 鹵1.12 weeks in the observation group and 7.12 鹵1.58 weeks in the control group. Conclusion: laser acupuncture can significantly improve the hallux valgus symptoms of divers, reduce the angle between the first and second metatarsal bones, and improve the symptoms of local pain. It helps the athletes to resume training as soon as possible.
