【摘要】：目的回顧性分析胃淋巴瘤的CT影像及病理分型資料,提高對(duì)本病的CT征象的認(rèn)識(shí)。方法對(duì)32例病理確診的胃淋巴瘤的CT影像資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,比較不同病理類型之間的CT影像特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果 32例胃淋巴瘤均為B細(xì)胞性非霍奇金淋巴瘤,其中12例為黏膜相關(guān)淋巴組織B細(xì)胞淋巴瘤(MALT),20例為彌漫性大B細(xì)胞性淋巴瘤(DLBCL)。在胃病變范圍、腫瘤壞死、黏膜破壞、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移等方面,MALT與DLBCL之間均差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。在胃壁增厚方面,DLBCL胃壁增厚更明顯,與MALT之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。所有突破胃漿膜層侵犯腹腔的胃淋巴瘤均為DLBCL。結(jié)論胃淋巴瘤的CT影像,在MALT和DLBCL之間存在一定的差異。CT對(duì)于胃淋巴瘤的診斷和鑒別診斷具有一定的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to retrospectively analyze the CT imaging and pathological classification of gastric lymphoma and to improve the understanding of CT signs of gastric lymphoma. Methods the CT imaging data of 32 cases of gastric lymphoma diagnosed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results 32 cases of gastric lymphoma were B-cell non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma, 12 of which were mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue B-cell lymphoma (malt). There were 20 cases of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCLN). They were gastric lesions, tumor necrosis, mucosal destruction, lymph node metastasis, and so on. There was no significant difference between MALT and DLBCL in gastric wall thickening. All gastric lymphomas that break through the gastric serosal invasion are DLBCL.Conclusion CT images of gastric lymphoma are significant. There are some differences between MALT and DLBCL. Ct has certain value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gastric lymphoma.
