【摘要】：自縊死亡在日常檢案較為常見(jiàn),筆者在工作中遏一例疑似他勒致死的案件,由于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)已遭受破壞,頸部縊繩已被解下,給案件的定性增加了難度,通過(guò)認(rèn)真細(xì)致的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘驗(yàn)及對(duì)縊繩和尸體的檢驗(yàn),最終定性為自縊死亡,為事件的處理提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Self-hanging death is more common in routine examination cases, the author in the work of a suspected case of strangulation death, because the scene has been destroyed, the neck hanging rope has been released, adding difficulty to the qualitative nature of the case. Through the careful field inspection and the examination of the hanging rope and the dead body, the final definition is self-hanging death, which provides the scientific basis for the handling of the incident.
