肌內(nèi)效貼扎對(duì)足踝生物力學(xué)特征影響的理論研究與應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】:背景:肌內(nèi)效貼扎是近年常被使用的貼扎方式,但是缺乏較為嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)且科學(xué)化的研究亦是最大的問題,尤其在生物力學(xué)及運(yùn)動(dòng)表現(xiàn)方面。目的:對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于肌內(nèi)效貼扎作用于足踝部的生物力學(xué)特征進(jìn)行了全面綜述,高度概括了足踝貼扎與未貼扎在運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)、肌電等方面的生物力學(xué)特征差異。方法:搜尋截止至2015年12月包括Ovid Medline、Elsevier SDOL、PubMed以及CNKI中文資源總庫(kù)的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),檢索有關(guān)肌內(nèi)效貼扎生物力學(xué)及運(yùn)動(dòng)表現(xiàn)的相關(guān)中英文文獻(xiàn),再依照牛津大學(xué)實(shí)證醫(yī)學(xué)中心醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)證據(jù)等級(jí)分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行分類。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)多數(shù)研究支持肌內(nèi)效貼扎對(duì)足踝穩(wěn)定性有良好的改善作用,且能提高足弓高度,降低了踝及足部關(guān)鍵肌群的外部負(fù)荷;(2)一些研究表明,肌內(nèi)效貼扎使足著地時(shí)支撐反作用力峰值出現(xiàn)時(shí)間明顯縮短,足背屈力下降,提高了下肢及足的加載率,從而增加了損傷風(fēng)險(xiǎn);(3)還有一些研究支持踝肌內(nèi)效貼扎增加肌肉運(yùn)動(dòng)單位征召及改變神經(jīng)肌肉收縮的時(shí)序,但對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)能力不僅沒有提升價(jià)值,反而多數(shù)情況下降低了運(yùn)動(dòng)表現(xiàn);(4)肌內(nèi)效貼扎是否能夠改善人體肌肉力量、提升肌肉活化力及增強(qiáng)下肢爆發(fā)力等方面爭(zhēng)議較大,有待于未來學(xué)者進(jìn)行深入探究。
[Abstract]:Background: intramuscular bandaging is often used in recent years, but the lack of more rigorous and scientific research is also the biggest problem. Especially in the aspect of biomechanics and movement performance. Objective: to summarize the biomechanical characteristics of the effect of intramuscular ligation on the ankle and foot at home and abroad, and to summarize the kinematics of foot and ankle sticking and not sticking. Methods: to search for Ovid Medlinea Elsevier SDOL as of December 2015. The literature database of PubMed and CNKI Chinese Resources General Library was used to search the literature on biomechanics and motor performance of intramuscular binding. According to the classification criteria of medical literature evidence of Oxford University empirical Medical Center. Results and conclusions: most of the studies support that intramuscular patch has a good effect on improving the stability of foot and ankle. And it can increase the height of foot arch and reduce the external load of the key muscle group of ankle and foot. 2) some studies have shown that the peak time of the supporting reaction force on the foot landing is shortened obviously, the flexion of the back of the foot is decreased, and the loading rate of the lower limbs and the foot is increased, thus increasing the risk of injury. 3) there are some studies supporting the malleolus intramuscular patch to increase the recruitment of muscle motor units and to change the time series of neuromuscular contraction, but not only to improve motor ability, but also to reduce motor performance in most cases. 4) whether intramuscular bandaging can improve human muscle strength, enhance muscle activation and enhance lower extremity explosive force is controversial, which needs to be further explored by scholars in the future.
