【摘要】：目的研究總結(jié)多層螺旋CT診斷冠心病的臨床價(jià)值和可行性分析。方法選取我院內(nèi)科2013年1月~2016年1月收治的冠心病患者104例為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行多層螺旋CT掃描和冠狀動(dòng)脈造影檢查,將冠狀動(dòng)脈造影檢查結(jié)果作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)多層螺旋CT檢查結(jié)果的敏感性、特異性和準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果多層螺旋CT檢測(cè)冠狀動(dòng)脈近段的敏感度、特異性和準(zhǔn)確性都特別高,檢測(cè)冠狀動(dòng)脈中段的臨床意義也良好,但是檢測(cè)冠狀動(dòng)脈遠(yuǎn)段的臨床意義相對(duì)較差(P0.05)。結(jié)論多層螺旋CT檢查冠心病具有一定臨床價(jià)值,可以作為臨床冠心病診斷和預(yù)后的一種檢查方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the clinical value and feasibility of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods 104 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital. Multislice spiral CT scan and coronary angiography were performed. The results of coronary angiography were used as the criteria to evaluate the sensitivity of the results of multi-slice spiral CT. Results the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of multislice spiral CT in detecting proximal coronary artery were very high, and the clinical significance of detecting the middle segment of coronary artery was also good. But the clinical significance of detecting the distal segment of coronary artery is relatively poor P0.05.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT examination of coronary heart disease has certain clinical value. It can be used as a diagnostic and prognostic method for clinical coronary heart disease.
