【摘要】：正1案例資料1.1案例12015年1月1日,李某(女)和丈夫朱某從外面回家(自建兩層小樓),走到一樓與二樓的緩步臺時,遇見一陌生男子從二樓往下走,李某和朱某便阻止該男子下樓,后該男子將兩人刺傷后逃離現(xiàn)場,李某經(jīng)現(xiàn)場搶救無效死亡,朱某被送往醫(yī)院救治。根據(jù)案情調(diào)查、現(xiàn)場勘驗以及對朱某傷情檢查和對死者李某的尸體檢驗,本案初步推論如下:①現(xiàn)場位于李某家住處,4個臥室內(nèi)物品均有翻動跡象,故為入室盜竊后演變?yōu)闅⑷税傅目赡苄源?②死者雙
