【摘要】：闡述了羽毛球運(yùn)動中肩袖的具體特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而對羽毛球運(yùn)動員肩袖損傷出現(xiàn)的原因進(jìn)行分析,提出羽毛球訓(xùn)練中肩袖損傷的處理和預(yù)防對策,從而減少羽毛球運(yùn)動員肩袖損傷的發(fā)生幾率。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the specific characteristics of the rotator cuff in badminton, and analyzes the causes of the rotator cuff damage of the badminton players, and puts forward the countermeasures and Countermeasures for the rotator cuff injury in badminton training, so as to reduce the probability of rotator cuff injury of the badminton players.
