【摘要】：目的探索解決病案延期歸檔或無(wú)紙化時(shí)病案首頁(yè)質(zhì)控問題。方法依靠現(xiàn)有平臺(tái),采用C/S架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),采用DELPHI開發(fā)工具開發(fā)的病案管理系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)軍隊(duì)醫(yī)院首頁(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)控。結(jié)果編目的同時(shí)進(jìn)行病案首頁(yè)質(zhì)控,保證時(shí)效性,人工核查與計(jì)算機(jī)智能核查保證準(zhǔn)確性,并利用系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)登記病案首頁(yè)質(zhì)控,為千分考核提供依據(jù)。結(jié)論病案管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)編目員在線編碼、網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)控,確保病案首頁(yè)質(zhì)量準(zhǔn)確性,提高了工作效率,解決了病案無(wú)紙化進(jìn)程中的一大難題。病案無(wú)紙化推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)病案管理模式的不斷創(chuàng)新與持續(xù)改進(jìn)。病案管理流程與相關(guān)配套軟件要配合無(wú)紙化進(jìn)程不斷優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore how to solve the problem of quality control of the first page of medical records when medical records are delayed archiving or paperless. Methods based on the existing platform, the C / S structure is used to design the medical records. The medical record management system developed with the DELPHI development tool can realize the network quality control of the front page of the military hospital. Results the quality control of the first page of the medical record can be carried out at the same time as cataloguing to ensure the timeliness. Manual verification and intelligent computer verification ensure the accuracy and use the system to automatically register the first page of medical records quality control to provide a basis for thousands of points. Conclusion the medical records management system to achieve online cataloguer coding network quality control. Ensure the quality and accuracy of the first page of the medical record, and improve the working efficiency. The paper solves a difficult problem in the paperless process of medical record. It promotes the innovation and continuous improvement of the traditional medical record management mode. The process of medical record management and related supporting software should be optimized continuously with the paperless process.
