【摘要】：安全是鐵路運輸?shù)闹餍珊突A。為確保列車安全運行，復雜的鐵路人機系統(tǒng)安全運行的可靠性研究評價成為當前安全發(fā)展的需要。目前在鐵路發(fā)生的各類事故中人因問題所占比例要遠大于設備因素。在鐵路運輸工作中腦力工作占有的比重明顯上升，過高的腦力負荷必然影響到鐵路人機系統(tǒng)中作業(yè)人員的工作成效，進而影響到鐵路的安全運轉，評價鐵路行車關鍵工種人員的腦力負荷具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文選擇作為鐵路行車關鍵工種之一的車站值班員，，對其工作進行了分析。通過工作分析，車站值班員在列車調(diào)度指揮系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮著十分重要的橋梁作用，是車站行車工作的指揮中樞，在組織接發(fā)列車過程中總是面臨多重工作任務，例如調(diào)車作業(yè)、貨物列車停留（解除）作業(yè)、組織設備單位施工（維修）作業(yè)、非正常接發(fā)列車等，這都對其腦力負荷產(chǎn)生較大的影響。 分析了車站值班員在工作中容易發(fā)生問題的關鍵工作，通過問卷的形式調(diào)查分析了影響車站值班員腦力負荷的主要作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)。選擇其中較為突出的作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)作為評價車站值班員腦力負荷的主要內(nèi)容。 根據(jù)鐵路工作特點，通過主觀評價量表和問卷調(diào)查為主要工具的主觀測量法評定了車站值班員腦力負荷，得出了車站值班員腦力負荷的分布特征、規(guī)律和影響因素，并與車站值班員工作視頻錄像信息資料整理結果進行了驗證比較，形成了腦力負荷結果。 依據(jù)腦力負荷結果，分析了車站值班員所處人機系統(tǒng)，采取措施使車站值班員腦力負荷處于適當?shù)乃�，�?yōu)化工作設計使人機系統(tǒng)相匹配，以有利于鐵路運輸?shù)陌踩行蚋咝н\轉。
[Abstract]:Safety is the main melody and foundation of railway transportation. In order to ensure the safe operation of the train, the research and evaluation of the reliability of the complex railway man-machine system has become the need of the current safe development. At present, the proportion of human problems in railway accidents is much larger than that of equipment. In the railway transportation work, the proportion of the mental work has increased obviously, the excessive mental load will inevitably affect the work effect of the operator in the railway man-machine system, and then affect the safe operation of the railway. It is of great practical significance to evaluate the mental load of key working personnel in railway traffic. In this paper, the station attendants, one of the key types of railway operation, are selected and their work is analyzed. Through work analysis, the station attendant plays a very important role as a bridge in the train dispatching command system and is the command center of the station driving work. In the process of organizing and receiving the train, it is always faced with multiple tasks, such as shunting operation. The operation of freight train stopping (lifting), organizing and equipment unit construction (maintenance), and abnormal train receiving and dispatching have great influence on the mental load. This paper analyzes the key work of station duty workers who are prone to problems in their work, and through the form of questionnaire, analyzes the main work links that affect the mental load of station duty workers. The main task of evaluating the mental load of station duty workers is to select the more prominent work links. According to the characteristics of railway work, this paper evaluates the mental load of station duty workers by subjective evaluation scale and subjective measurement method with questionnaire, and obtains the distribution characteristics, rules and influencing factors of the mental load of station duty workers. The results are verified and compared with the results of video information collation of station duty workers, and the result of mental load is formed. According to the result of brainpower load, the man-machine system of station attendant is analyzed, and the measures are taken to make the mental load of station attendant at an appropriate level, and the optimization of work design makes the man-machine system match. In order to facilitate the safe and orderly and efficient operation of railway transportation.
