【摘要】：目的探討Alberta嬰兒運動量表(AIMS)與Gesell發(fā)育量表在高危兒運動功能評估中的一致性及AIMS在評估高危兒運動功能中的應用價值。方法 2~8個月的116例高危兒均接受AIMS與Gesell發(fā)育量表評估,其中足月兒56例,早產兒60例。對AIMS百分位與Gesell發(fā)育量表大運動發(fā)育商的一致性效度分析采用Kappa值,并分別計算足月高危兒AIMS百分位與Gesell發(fā)育量表大運動發(fā)育商一致性效度及早產高危兒AIMS百分位與Gesell發(fā)育量表大運動發(fā)育商的一致性效度。結果 116例高危兒AIMS百分位與Gesell發(fā)育量表大運動發(fā)育商的一致性為0.62,其中在足月高危兒及早產高危兒的一致性效度分別為0.66及0.53。結論 AIMS在高危兒粗大運動功能評估中與Gesell發(fā)育量表有較高的一致性,應用AIMS還可以更早地發(fā)現運動發(fā)育遲緩及運動發(fā)育異常。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the consistency of Alberta infant motor scale (AIMS) and Gesell development scale (Gesell) in the evaluation of motor function of high-risk infants and the application value of AIMS in the evaluation of motor function of high-risk infants. Methods from 2 to 8 months, 116 high-risk infants were assessed with AIMS and Gesell development scale, including 56 term infants and 60 premature infants. Kappa was used to analyze the consistency validity of AIMS percentile and large motor development quotient in Gesell development scale. The conformance validity of AIMS percentile and Gesell developmental quotient and AIMS percentile and Gesell development quotient were calculated respectively. Results the concordance of AIMS percentile and large motor development quotient of Gesell development scale was 0.62, and the consistency validity in term high-risk infants and preterm high-risk infants were 0.66 and 0.53, respectively. Conclusion AIMS is consistent with Gesell development scale in the evaluation of gross motor function of high risk infants. AIMS can also be used to detect motor retardation and abnormal motor growth earlier.
