【摘要】：目的了解噪聲、粉塵聯(lián)合暴露對(duì)職業(yè)人群心電圖、血壓的影響。方法選擇長(zhǎng)春市某汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制造廠1 022名工人為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)職業(yè)有害因素接觸情況分為對(duì)照組(A組,n=278)、噪聲暴露組(B組,n=414)、粉塵暴露組(C組,n=85)及噪聲與粉塵聯(lián)合暴露組(D組,n=245),分別對(duì)工人進(jìn)行血壓及心電圖檢查。結(jié)果 4組研究對(duì)象心電圖異常率比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4組研究對(duì)象血壓異常率總體比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其中B、C、D組血壓異常率明顯高于A組(P0.05);C組血壓異常率高于B組和D組(P0.05);B組和D組血壓異常率比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4組研究對(duì)象的舒張壓、收縮壓和脈壓總體比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);析因方差分析結(jié)果顯示,噪聲、粉塵對(duì)研究對(duì)象舒張壓和收縮壓有影響(P0.05),對(duì)研究對(duì)象舒張壓和收縮壓有交互作用(P0.05);噪聲對(duì)研究對(duì)象脈壓有影響(P0.05);粉塵對(duì)研究對(duì)象脈壓無(wú)影響(P0.05);噪聲、粉塵對(duì)研究對(duì)象脈壓無(wú)交互作用(P0.05)。結(jié)論噪聲、粉塵暴露對(duì)接噪工人舒張壓、收縮壓產(chǎn)生一定影響,噪聲、粉塵聯(lián)合暴露對(duì)職業(yè)人群舒張壓、收縮壓的影響具有交互作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of combined exposure of noise and dust on electrocardiogram (ECG) and blood pressure (BP) in occupational population. Methods 1,022 workers from an automobile engine factory in Changchun were selected as the subjects. According to exposure to occupational harmful factors, workers were divided into control group (group A), noise exposure group (group B), dust exposure group (group C) and combined exposure group (group D). Blood pressure and electrocardiogram were examined. Results there was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of ECG among the four groups (P0.05). There was a significant difference in the abnormal rate of blood pressure between the four groups (P0.05), and the abnormal rate of blood pressure in group B (P 0.05) was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05). The abnormal rate of blood pressure in group C was significantly higher than that in group A (P0.05). The normal rate was higher than that of group B and group D (P0.05). There was no significant difference in abnormal blood pressure between group B and group D (P0.05). There was significant difference between systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure (P0.05). Dust had effect on diastolic and systolic blood pressure (P0.05), and had interaction on DBP and SBP (P0.05); noise had effect on pulse pressure (P0.05); dust had no effect on pulse pressure (P0.05); noise had no effect on pulse pressure (P0.05). There was no interaction between dust and pulse pressure (P0.05). Conclusion the effects of noise and dust exposure on the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of workers have an interactive effect on the occupational population diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure.
