【摘要】：正金屬加工液(Metalworking fluid,MWF)也稱金屬清洗液、切割油、潤滑劑、加工液或冷凍液,被廣泛應(yīng)用于金屬產(chǎn)品的加工和塑形過程中,起潤滑、冷卻、防銹和清洗等作用。美國國家職業(yè)安全與衛(wèi)生研究院(NIOSH)估計美國有120萬工人接觸MWF。改革開放后我國迅速發(fā)展為"世界制造"基地,對MWF的需求不斷增加,到2010年其年使用量已達3.5×105~
[Abstract]:Metalworking liquid is also called metal cleaning fluid, cutting oil, lubricant, processing fluid or freezing fluid. It is widely used in the process of metal products processing and shaping, and plays the role of lubrication, cooling, rust prevention and cleaning. The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) estimates that 1.2 million workers in the United States are exposed to MWF. After the reform and opening up, China has developed rapidly into a "world manufacturing" base, and the demand for MWF has been increasing. By 2010, the annual use of MWF has reached 3.5 脳 10 ~ 5 ~.
