個性化營養(yǎng)干預(yù)對改善學(xué)齡兒童消瘦肥胖的效果評估

【摘要】:目的探討肥胖、消瘦兒童的個性化營養(yǎng)干預(yù)模式效果,為推廣適宜學(xué)生群體的營養(yǎng)改善方案提供理論依據(jù)。方法選取上海市某小學(xué)44名肥胖學(xué)生和43名消瘦學(xué)生隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組(42人)和對照組(45人),對干預(yù)組學(xué)生及其家長進(jìn)行9個月的個性化營養(yǎng)干預(yù),營養(yǎng)干預(yù)措施包括有針對性的營養(yǎng)教育、跟蹤隨訪、三餐的干預(yù)、微文推送及在線營養(yǎng)咨詢等,并在干預(yù)前后分別進(jìn)行學(xué)生、家長的營養(yǎng)知信行問卷調(diào)查和學(xué)生體質(zhì)測量。結(jié)果干預(yù)后,干預(yù)組學(xué)生營養(yǎng)知識、態(tài)度和行為得分較對照組均有提升,分別提高了0.66,0.96和1.66分(Z值分別為-2.274,-2.850,-2.120,P值均0.05)。干預(yù)前后比較,干預(yù)組學(xué)生BMI和體脂率有一定的改變,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);干預(yù)組肥胖學(xué)生肱三頭肌皮褶厚度、肩胛下皮褶厚度下降(t值分別為2.491,2.149,P值均0.05),而消瘦學(xué)生增加(t值分別為-2.674,-2.752,P值均0.05)。干預(yù)組學(xué)生的家長營養(yǎng)態(tài)度、行為得分干預(yù)后也有提升,分別提高了0.88,0.54分(Z值分別為-2.874,-2.902,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論個性化營養(yǎng)干預(yù)對肥胖、消瘦的學(xué)生有一定效果,該模式可進(jìn)一步研究和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of individualized nutrition intervention model for obese and emaciated children so as to provide theoretical basis for popularizing nutrition improvement program suitable for students. Methods 44 obese students and 43 emaciated students in a primary school in Shanghai were randomly divided into two groups: intervention group (42 students) and control group (45 students). Nutrition intervention measures included targeted nutrition education, follow-up, intervention of three meals, micro-text push and online nutrition consultation, and questionnaire survey of students, parents' nutrition knowledge and behavior and students' physique were carried out before and after the intervention. Results after intervention, the scores of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of the students in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores were increased by 0.660.96 and 1.66 (Z = -2.274, -2.850 and 2.120, respectively, P < 0.05). Before and after intervention, there were some changes in BMI and body fat rate in the intervention group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P < 0. 05), and the thickness of triceps skinfold of the obese students in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group. The thickness of subscapular skinfold decreased (t = 2.491-2.149, P = 0.05), while that of wasting students increased (t = -2.674 and -2.752 P, respectively). The scores of parents' nutrition attitude and behavior in the intervention group were also increased by 0.88 and 0.54 (Z = -2.874- 2.902P = 0.05). Conclusion Personalized nutrition intervention has certain effect on obese and emaciated students, and this model can be further studied and popularized.
